Went back to this wreck today ;-)
Took a few shots of her 3 years ago.
The rot has really set in in the last 3 years though i am surprised she made it through the last 2 winters with all the snow and ice in 2012 followed by the tidal surge storm this year which washed away large stretches of the coastal path.
This wreak has its own group on flickr www.flickr.com/groups/90785550@N00/
Jönssons Motorcar
Swedens first petrol-driven car motorcar was made by Gustav Eriksson 1898. Carl J¨nssons motorcar, mad in Helsingborg the same year, came in second place.. The first Volvo was produced in 1927 and the first Saab in 1947.
Jönssons vechile had a single-cylinder engine powered by acetylene produced in its own gasworks. It was later modified to run on petrol. Jönsson purchased the parts for his car from other countries and assembled them himself.

My favorite tag game of the year has arrived: I really look forward to seeing what the stats show as every dolly photographer's most viewed, favorited and commented photos of their streams. I couldn't tag everyone, so if you see this, please consider playing along and sharing with us!
As for my photos, here's how 2018 wrapped up:
Most Views: My Cocktail + Clutch A-Z 2.0 photo with my first new doll of the year, Heiress Erin. Her own skirt became a dress for that photo:

Most Favorites: My second most-favorited photo ever (and this year's most favorited) was my first restyled photo of Time of the Season Poppy Parker. She has quickly become one of my favorite Poppy Parkers ever. Thank you all for the favorites for this photo!

Most Interesting: This one surprised me a bit, but then again, Public Adoration Eden surprised me when she was revealed at convention. This was my quick portrait shot of her in her original outfit:

Most Comments*: This was for a tag game "My Oldest Doll." Other photos with more comments were my wedding photo and my MiskatonicNick announcement photo, but I wanted to stay with original doll pictures for this game.
I'm really touched so many people took interest in learning a bit more about Don -- he's clearly not quite Prince Charming anymore thanks to all the knicks and aging of his face paint, but he is the heart of my little playtown, so thank you for your comments on this photo!

My Personal Favorite: This was one of my faster photos to take with a simple idea, but I just loved how sweet my C'est Si Bon Poppy looks here -- truly just a perfectly adorable Poppy. This was for my Yellow A-Z 2.0 photo submission:

I wish everyone a happy, healthy 2019 and hope that despite the impending changes to Flickr in the new year, we will all find a way to stay connected here and share our hobby of doll collecting and photography!

So Flickr (or SmugMug) clearly can't sell their Pro accounts, and have deduced that the easiest way to do so is to make free accounts virtually useless.
I look forward to seeing the development of alternatives, though I hate to have to start from the bottom again.
Beyond that, I have no idea where the community will go, and what will happen to it. If Flickr moves to paid-only, then it will create essentially a paid club.
I'm hoping for there to be some developments following this, but I doubt it.
This Asian Elephant reminds me of myself, with all of life's wrinkles just hoping for a moment of fun........... :-)) like Flickr!! hope you all have/had a great Tuesday!
Be ready for a deluge of Zoo shots, went to the Santa Barbara Zoo and took 150 or so shots. LOL!!!

This was the first episode of The Weekly Flickr series.
We went behind the lens with Stephen Nessen, radio reporter and photographer for WNYC New York Public Radio. He told us the story behind the photos he took while on assignment just days after Hurricane Sandy demolished Breezy Point in Rockaway, Queens.

Switzerland : La Chaux -de-Fonds : Villa Turque (Le Corbusier). No. 88.
