I’m pretty certain this is from my third birthday party because I’m wearing the same outfit and my hair is the same as other photos from that day. I have straight blonde hair worn in high pigtails near the back and failed bangs because of a prominent cowlick. I’m wearing a long sleeve navy wrap dress that my mom likely made with a belt (not seen) that matches the navy and white striped edging on the dress and a white turtleneck shirt underneath. Also not seen: white knee socks and red Mary Jane shoes.
