World's first 1TB Flash Drive, unveiled by Kingston at CES 2013

Its a thing of history when you had to resort to 16GB and 32 GB capacity pen-drives for carrying your data. Here's something much bigger and better for you. AT CES 2013, Kingston has announced the DataTraveler HyperX Predator 3.0 USB flash drive, which is world's largest capacity USB 3.0 flash drive. It offers 1TB storage capacity and is likely to hit the shelves in Q1. DataTraveler HyperX Predator 3.0 is compliant with next-generation USB 3.0 specifications and is optimized for newer PCs with USB 3.0 ports.

It was a pretty big day at the 30A protest in Sydney, although not as big as many expected. As many as 3000 people (depending on reports) turned out to protest against the Forbes Global C.E.O. Conference. Much fun with a cheeky carnival atmosphere, and a small amount of tension and violence.

Lizzie experimenting with her flash. And yes, she made sure the liquor was emptied from the glass before using it for her experiment!

I recently bought a ringflash to use when taking close-up photos. I like the way it illuminates the subject, as with this flower, and leaves the background dark. I believe this is a Cornflower (Centaurea cyanus). The wild native variety is bluer. However, according to Wikipedia, Cornflower "is grown as an ornamental plant in gardens, where several cultivars have been selected with varying pastel colours, including pink and purple". These ornamental cultivars have now spread to locations beyond gardens. This shot was taken on a patch of land adjacent to a tramline in Croydon, outer London.

La cámara está montada en un tripode y yo estoy sosteniendo el flash con mi mano derecha. en la mano izquierda tengo un control remoto para operar la camara (en bulb mode) el flash fue disparado manualmente.

This is another one of those "snapshot" photos. I miss him as soon as he's gone. He is my present and my future, and even a little bit of my past.
