Nick and I spent yesterday afternoon at The Deep in Hull.
It is a bit difficult to get an idea of size of some of these, this was quite a big one (that doesn't help much, does it?!)
Carp is not popular in Ireland, only 10 fresh ones arrived into Killarney. We were really happy when we found them.
Carp is essential part of the traditional Hungarian Christmas meals, like fish soup and fried fish.
The fish was hung up on these racks to dry in the sun and wind. After drying the fish would preserve well. Main export was to Italy and some areas of Africa.

Jagalchi Fish Market 자갈치시장
While is Busan 부산 with my friend from Ewha Womans Univarsity we ate dinner at this fish market. i only walked around a little and wish i could stay there for hours taking pictures
Improvised fish hooks using a small safety pin and a inner strand of paracord. The gouge was made out of walnut and a inner strand of paracord.
It has been a while since our last visit, so we went back to the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center. We found lots fish, but a whole lot more.

There are quite a few Fish Markets along Canal Street, in NYC's Chinatown. The selection is great, and the prices are some of the best in the city!

Bermuda 2006: I apologize if you find this a disturbing picture. The colors on the fish were so awesome I had to document it. I believe he had just been swept up out of the water a few minutes prior to my arrival.
