The Nordic Museum

I recently visited the National Nordic Museum in Seattle. This is a fascinating place. I took a lot of pictures, but don't feel they are Flickr worthy. I love the soup. Chinese Wine is added to get rid of the fishy smell, and the evaporated milk is to make the soup thicker. Yummy! Try this if you have alot of time to spare.
