For NS, the first day of 2015 was basically business as usual. The northern half of the Lehigh Line did see a late running 13T in the afternoon hours, complete with Kansas City Southern and Burlington Northern painted locomotives trailing. In the first of what will hopefully be thousands more pictures from my camera in 2015, the 13T is seen at the site of what was once the Lehigh Valley Railroad's large yard in Packerton.

First Cymru's recently acquired 10 Wright Eclipse Gemini 2-bodied Volvo B9TLs are now becoming a familar sight on the streets of Swansea. It seems that because there's been an absence of double-deckers for so many years, some people are intentionally going for a trip on them because of the panoramic views that they afford !

36211 was the last example from Leeds to enter service at Swansea Ravenhill depot, and she is one of five that now sport blue fronts and branding for "unibus" Service 8. In this 'quick, grab the camera' shot taken in early October 2017, she was passing along St Helen's Road with Optare Solo 53828, transferred from the Potteries fleet earlier this year, bringing up the rear.

First time I’ve had any issue with either Nikon camera...all shots taken yesterday, including this, have a strong blue cast which when opened shows “colour temperature” away to the left at 2200 and “tint” at -3. I can change from “As Shot” to another setting to get something close to normal but highlights are still wildly overexposed meaning no detail at all in white areas. This is as good as I can get from a dozen images tried...my solution, get my D7000 and set the D610 as its older sibling is set and hope for the best.
