An outside fire-pit on campus. The concrete wall is wide enough to sit on and they have rocking chairs encircling it.
It's been cold since we've gotten home from San Francisco. And to top it off, the heat isn't kicking on in the downstairs of the house. So tonight was our first fire of the season. To be honest...I'm not too sad about having our first fire of the season because I happen to really love the Fall and it's something I would miss quite a bit if I ever moved.

Devotees typically queue up for seats a day in advanced. It is so crammed that those who come late have absolutely no chance of getting near the fire pit.
This one is just the corner of Sophie Ann edited to look like that . The original came out alright but with PS, there is always tons of effects that can improve the quality of the photo

It was an eventful day at TJM today. Fortunately no staff were hurt, though two firemen suffered mild injuries fighting the fire. They did a grand job and had the fire more or less out within a couple of hours.
The organisers of the busking comp. brought on this amazing act as the finale whilst the judges decided on the winners.

Taken a day trip to Julian, a town known for its apple pies and I can vouch that they are delicious. We continued on to Aranza Borrego Desert State Park
