Dressing:
Some of yesterday's strawberry garlic dressing with an additional 1/2 Tbsp fresh ginger.
Oh yea, this is missing fruit. I ate my apple as a snack later.

Probably the best steak I've ever had. Here's the recipe for steak au poivre.
The recipe calls for black peppercorns and grains of paradise. I got tired of cracking the peppercorns so used a spice grinder for half of them, and it still turned out really well.
With roasted root vegetables.
Pan seared, then finished in the oven. Mushrooms sauted then added to a red-wine pan sauce.
Grilled Scallops, Filet Mignon, Caramelized Shallots, Sweet Corn, in a delicious broth! An easy and affordable dinner that is perfect for Valentin's Day!
