Sara gave me new shoes for Father's Day

Photos taken on fathersday 2009 at starved rock state park in illinois. I used a lumix l1 with a two zuiko lenses, the 25mm f2.8 pancake, and the 14-42 zoom. I also had a polarizer attached on both lenses.

I've always loved this shot. I have no idea when it was taken, but I'm guessing it was during the 1960s. Beard-wise, I call it his "Cuban revolutionary" phase.

Coming off an exciting week of media coverage from Fox 5 DC, WUSA 9, News Channel 8, CBS Radio, Radio One and a host of other elite stations, it was finally time for the main event to take precedence. Group exercise routines, dancing, Double Dutching, fitness contests, an active lifestyle vehicle show and smiles and laughter accurately depicted the setting at the 3rd Annual “Fit Fathers Day” celebration (FFD).

Dad i know you've loved me as long as i've lived but i've loved you my whole life.

My daughter bought me a steak & kidney pie in the Winchester farmers' market as a Fathers' Day present. I ate it a bit early - it was very good.
