Bit late and a bit of a nightmare with some unforseen equipment failure (nothing serious I'm hoping it's the triggers and not the flash unit). Had this in my head since Saturday, just not had the time to actually do it until now. Technically a little late for this week, but there must be a timezone somewhere where it's still yesterday.

Total fast food-esque dinner, but it was good. I practically inhaled it. Mostly because I felt really light-headed and hungry after working out. And yes, I understand that eating this may undo any benefits of the workout.
