Another visit to Cliff Gilker Park delivers a few Autumn shots. This one has the smallest waterfalls hiding above some rocks that are covered in Fall colors. While their surface reveals the season, one side is somewhat yellow and the other, colored in green.

Bridalveil Fall is one of the most prominent waterfalls in the Yosemite Valley in California. The waterfall is 188 metres (617 ft) in height and flows year round.
Unfortunately at the time of the visit in October, the Yosemite Falls were bone dry.

This is Sgwd Ddwli Uchaf on the Afon Nedd Fechan in the southern part of the Brecon Beacons, Wales. I was lucky enough to be able to pay a return visit at my favourite time of year - early Autumn - when the leaves are beginning to change colour and fall into the river, sometimes collecting on the rocks.
This is one of my very favourite places, and hopefully this shows why.
As a footnote, this was taken 8 days ago when the river levels were low, and conditions quite benign. It is very different this weekend as a lot of rain continues to fall on this area, and the rivers are now combining to threaten the villages downstream from here with serious flooding.
Fall in Utah Manti Lasal National Forest. The beautiful colors of fall and an early snow storm. The beauty and contrast to the changes of the season.
I stopped by the side of the Seward Highway to capture these reflections of fall colors on the way to Seward for some fishing.

Sterkspruit Falls at Monk’s Cowl Drakensberg South Africa.These falls are in full spate after days of heavy rain. The sound of the torrent is loud. In this shot I tried to capture the moment when fast moving water descends into nothingness and all the power is released in the sudden descent.

Vernal Fall is a 317-foot (96.6 m) waterfall on the Merced River just downstream of Nevada Fall in Yosemite National Park, California. Vernal Fall, as well as Nevada Fall, is clearly visible from Glacier Point. The waterfall runs all year long, although by the end of summer it is substantially reduced in volume and can split into multiple strands, rather than a single curtain of water.
Another shot of gorgeous fall color from the park in Bad Homburg vor der Höhe. LIghtened very slightly and cropped the edges to eliminate some of the vignetting but this is basically SOOC. Press "L" for the best view.
