I'm glad to be back on Flickr, after moving into my lovely new home and getting broadband. I haven't taken any photos for three weeks, but in the meantime, here is a scene from July, taken in West Sussex.
This picture was taken in Dartmoor at a place called "Becky falls", which is also an ancient woodland walk. Countless water falls over rocks and very scenic. A great place to spend half a day but make sure to wear hiking boots if you choose the red route as it is very hard going.

The New Forest National Park, created in in 2005, is one of the largest remaining tract of unenclosed pasture, heathland and forest in Southern England. The landscape is shaped by grazing cattle, ponies, donkeys and deer.
While Ballintemple is a Nursery for trees run by the semi-state body, Coilte, it is open to visitors and walkers and part of its delight are the beautiful views of the Blackstairs and the Wicklow Mountains, it has gorgeous forest trails.

Este pueblecito es Ermida, en Ourense. Con la nieve y la lluvia que está cayendo estos días, está impresionante. Tienes la sensación de estar en un anuncio de milka
This was last weekend before we got locked down in the UK and not a moment too soon. Some people were taking it as an extra bank holiday.
Having walked through a few forests they are really difficult things to photograph. There seems a massive difference between what your eye sees and what works well in a photograph. Most of the photographs end up a whole bunch of confusing brown and greens.
