Italian Air Force Douglas C47D MM61893 beautifully preserved at Pratica di Mare at the 100th Air Force show 17/6/23. This aircraft had been at Fairford in July 1985 for the 50th DC3 anniversary show. Sister ship MM61776 is seen at the Italian Air Force museum at Vigna di Valle on 16/6/23, the day it reopened after refurbishment.
A series of cascades dropping almost three hundred feet. Not an organised site no money changes hands and if measured top to bottom the longest falls in the Lakes. Taken from Newlands Hause, a pleasant place to park before dropping down to Buttermere or Keswick.
Rainby Force is a serious waterfall situated just down stream from Wain Wath Force on the River Swale near Keld in Swaledale. I managed to photograph the falls after heavy rain in Autumn.
Action Force - Q Force Swordfish,
Manned by Naval Assault and Sonar Officer at the Helm. Sadly missing the rear missile launcher.
Uldale Force hides from obvious view in a rocky bowl and has to be sought out. It is the jewel of a series of waterfalls that feature on the juvenile River Rawthey as it races off Baugh Fell to the gentler flows after Rawthey Bridge. The main fall is a 15m drop but other smaller falls can be found further down stream as well.

Taxing out for departure from Prestwick airport near Glasgow in Ayrshire Scotland is this Travis Air Air Force Base Lockheed C5 Super Galaxy.
The Lockheed C-5 Galaxy is a large military transport aircraft originally designed and built by Lockheed, and now maintained and upgraded by its successor, Lockheed Martin. It provides the United States Air Force (USAF) with a heavy intercontinental-range strategic airlift capability, one that can carry outsized and oversized loads, including all air-certifiable cargo.
Fantastic colour scheme with an equally impressive display from the Italian Air Force Panavia Tornado A200-A Variant. So nice to see a Tornado display again as it is fast becoming a rare sight especially as the RAF wind down the Tornado GR4 fleet.
The Cyclone Force is a secret squad created in the same things as the Clone Force 99. These are clones made more efficient through experiments but this time the Empire has made sure to keep them under control.
They have an important place in the execution of Order 66. Emperor Palpatine tasked them with eliminating dangerous Jedis or those with great potential.
For their first mission, the Cyclone Force is sent to the planet Aldhani where a child Jedi with great potential is supposed to be hiding. Once on Aldhani, the Cyclone Force begins their hunt.

Aira Force is a 70ft high waterfall found on Aira Beck which flows into Ullswater. Aira Beck is forced into a narrow gorge before falling down a deep ravine into a rocky pool.
Stock Ghyll Force is a picturesque waterfall, reached through Stock Ghyll Woods, a short distance from the town of Ambleside in the Lake District. The waterfall drops around 70 feet into a bowl shaped pool. This is a photo of the first part of the waterfall.
Stock Ghyll is a tributary of the River Rothay and descends through a series of waterfalls to the centre of Ambleside.
The ghyll once powered twelve watermills. The mills closed long ago, and most have now been demolished or been converted for other uses.

Very strong westerly winds are currently battering the Moray Firth. This made keeping the camera steady for 90 seconds a bit of a challenge. Fortunately, the Benro Mach 3 is a sturdy tripod and with a little extra weight on it, I managed to get an image without any motion blur. The low stormy light and fast moving clouds helped to create a really amazing atmosphere on the coast. Just the sort of conditions in which I love to work!
