Ruined Church of the Holy Trinity on Fifth Mountain
The Church was built in 1826. Now it remains only the walls and the building quickly collapses. Which gives the impression that she is very ancient. But it's not. In 1960 the Church of the Holy Trinity on Fifth Woe acted, and it held a service.
The rapid destruction of the Church due to an error in the choice of building material. For a construction made of local marl – very flimsy material, poorly tolerate any atmospheric impact.
Near the Church, on the picturesque hills, and was formerly a landscaped manor, Park and orchard. Now from the gate to the Park leaving only the columns and of the buildings - foundations. The Park is not a Park and forest. Not even trails.
During the movie's chase scene, the taxi is riddled with bullets. Fortunately I had a few old Exo-Force sticker sheets lying around.

Southbound from Plymouth, WAMX 4178 plods along the old Fifth Subdivision, catching a slice of storm light.
Found this old image of our dearly beloved, Diogi. He was truly an amazing spirit. Even our neighborhood friends still talk about him. I can only hope for as much. What a great honor it was to share our lives with him.
Walking along Fifth Ave, just next to first Presbyterin. A cyclist nipped by. It's a nice, cool evening.

Mi diario de viaje: Nueva York.
En nuestras vacaciones recorrimos varios puntos lindos de Nueva York, uno de ellos "the Fifth avenue"
This is my first new model in more than a month. With my recent trip to Norway as well as a few other engagements during weekends, I had little opportunity to build.
Flashback to the eighties
Eighties fashions seem to have fallen out of fashion, but there are a few looks I still like to recycle.
I’m rewearing a fifth grade trend. (At least it was a trend in my elementary school.) The cool fifth grade girls wore a v-neck sweater, backwards, over a racer-back tank. I raided my mother’s closet for an oversized, yellow sweater, which I wore over a yellow tank, instantly making me “cool.” (But not really.)
Sweater, Forever 21 (thrifted). Tank, Boao. Skirt, Billabong. Shoes, Durango. Earrings, self-made. Bag, A+ for Aldo.

I tried incredibly hard to get these building to stand upright but failed in my mission.
Fifth of the series.
This hope we all know him,
hope is what drives me ahead.
hope that i will survive the ordeal.
hope that i will reach a safe shore a far.
hope that life will be beautiful again.
hope that everything will be better.
hope that that day will come.
hope is a friend, who knows magic.
hope is there by your side till the last moment.
hope never leaves you, even if you do!
hope is a light at the end of a dark tunnel you are trapped in.
hope is the last stand, when fear engulfs you.
hope eases the pain.
hope supports you like no one, even when your shadow leaves your side!
So hope you will always love Hope!
It's official, I have a new website just for my New York City Photo Tours! You can see it at www.shootnewyorkcity.com and there is also a link at www.leannestaples.com After much thought and a little help from a good friend, I realized that separating my photography and art from my photo tours makes sense. I have also done some improvements to this site. I hope that you enjoy it! Thanks!

A painting by George Harvey (1801–1878) entitled Nightfall, St. Thomas Church, Broadway, New York (c. 1837) currently in the collection of the Museum of the City of New York, shows the first Saint Thomas Church on the corner of Broadway and Houston Street
Saint Thomas Church, located at the corner of 53rd Street and Fifth Avenue in the borough of Manhattan in New York, New York in the United States, is an Episcopal parish church of the Episcopal Diocese of New York. It is also known as Saint Thomas Church Fifth Avenue or as Saint Thomas Church in the City of New York and was incorporated on 9 January 1824. The current structure, completed in 1914, is the fourth church built to house this congregation and was designed by the architects Ralph Adams Cram and Bertram Grosvenor Goodhue in the French High Gothic Revival style.[2]
The church is home to the Saint Thomas Choir of Men and Boys, a choral ensemble comprising men and boys which performs music of the Anglican tradition at worship services and offers a full concert series during the course of the year. The boys of the Saint Thomas Choir (as the men are professional singers) are enrolled at the Saint Thomas Choir School, the only church-affiliated residential choir school in the United States.
