Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC), and the Family Readiness Express (FRE) supported the annual Naval Base San Diego Spring Fling with over 1700 active duty military and family members attending. This festive springtime event brought sun, food, fun and entertainment to people of all ages. MWR provided bounce houses, face painting, carnival rides, and the largest Easter Egg Hunt in Pacific Southwest. The Easter Bunny was on hand for families to take photos with as well! FFSC Staff offered information and referrals to allow attendees to learn about our mission and services. Children also had a great time spinning the wheel for prizes and getting creative at the craft table. What was a great day for all to kick off the beginning of Spring!
