FDR and Fala, his Scottish Terrier. Some issues arose with this monument over showing the wheel chair, the fact that FDR tried to cover his disability. Look behind him and the casters to the wheel chair are visible. Part of this plaza shows the bread lines that were common during the Great Depression. Much debate on how his handling of that issue went.

So, Comrade Bernie, you who think bread lines are not bad, I heard the horror stories of that time from my Grandparents, who now have since rolled over in their graves so many times, I need a gps to find them!
