I saw this pretty tiger swallowtail the other morning, when I went over to the Churchville Nature Center to check out their plant sale.
Besides finding some really cool double bloom red coneflower, I got a picture of this wonderful butterfly! 8-))
There just doesn't seem to be enough hours in a day, for these past couple of days. Tons of things to do, and errands to run before our next run to the shore this weekend. I've been trying to log some time in the garden too.

Senior pitcher Pat Kaminska delivers a pitch to the mound during the first game of Saturdays double header against Bowling Green at Theunissen Stadium. Kaminska only pitched one inning before hurting his wrist. The Chippewas lost the game 9-5 and lost the series with the Falcons two games to one.
David Hanzelka from the TxDOT Yoakum District selflessly helped out w/ a major accident & saved a man's life! He is very deserving of this Extra Mile Award!
Extra shots from Otakuthon 2016 I didn't upload before because of a lack of time or they just seemed less interesting to me at that time.
For 2016, I did less of the picture taking and more of the con-going thing, whatever that is, and I really did enjoy it more. Still, I somehow feel like I could have taken more pictures.
Doing private private shoots outside of conventions might be a thing to consider in the future.
