New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) R62A car 2225 is the lead motor on a Manhattan-bound 4 train, seen ascending the grade of the Jerome Avenue Line towards 170th Street Station. The train is running express from Burnside Ave due to maintenance work replacing the local track further down the line. Additionally, while 4 service is typically provided by "new tech" trains, a separate General Order in Brooklyn forced the use of R62A trains from Westchester Yard as substitutes for the weekend.

The Maine Northern Railway ran the "Christmas Express" on December 2, 2023, making two charity runs for the public and one employee run between Presque Isle, Maine and the West Chapman Road in Chapman. The train was reminiscent of Bangor & Aroostook's "Turkey Train" that ran during the railroad's Amoskeag Era.

NIght time inside an old wooden train car near the border of Mexico. I illuminated the interior of the train with blue, green, and warm white light from my handheld ProtoMachines flashlight during the exposure. This was photographed during a week-long 1582-mile road trip with Mike Cooper. I don't know very much about this wooden train, but some guess that it is about 100 years old. There was a stove inside, remnants of what was once a makeshift home for someone.

Bernina Express in the Swiss Alps.
Crossing the Alps in the Bernina Express certainly is one of the most spectacular ways to do it. Along the way, the Bernina Express rolls over the 65-metre-high Landwasser Viaduct, the signature structure of the Rhaetian Railway and the UNESCO World Heritage site.
Altogether the train passes through 55 tunnels and over 196 bridges on its way from Chur to Tirano. Travellers are treated to marvellous sights during their journey, like the Montebello curve with a view of the Bernina massif, the Morteratsch glacier, the three lakes Lej Pitschen, Lej Nair and Lago Bianco, the Alp Grüm and the Brusio Circular Viaduct.

I saw this train coming towards me at the last minute in Southport, so I was really lucky to get this shot. It's not perfect but I'm pleased with it.

Au départ de Souillac, une BB 9200 non identifiée remorque l’express 4430 Toulouse – Limoges de soirée. Le train traverse le viaduc de la Borrèze en sortie de gare. Cette rame est la même que celle de l’express 4431 photographié le lendemain matin dans l’autre direction à Cazoulès : flic.kr/p/2st6veM
Sur cette vue prise à mi-pente de la Colline aux Oiseaux en direction du sud-est, on voit en arrière-plan à droite l’église et abbatiale Sainte-Marie de Souillac (de style byzantin) et au centre le beffroi Saint-Martin.
Questions subsidiaires :
1) Indiquez moi où se trouve sur la photo la maison dont l'adresse est le 14 Avenue du Général de Gaulle ?
2) Quelle est l’adresse de la maison sous la troisième arche du viaduc à partir de la droite ?

Leaving Souillac, an unidentified BB 9200 heads evening Toulouse–Limoges Express 4430 across the Borrèze Viaduct, immediately beyond the station. The same rake was photographed the following morning working Express 4431 in the opposite direction at Cazoulès: flic.kr/p/2st6veM
In this view looking south-east from halfway up the Colline aux Oiseaux, the Romanesque-Byzantine Sainte-Marie Abbey Church can be seen in the background on the right, with the Saint-Martin Belfry in the centre.
