This locomotive will take up the charge of Howrah bound 13022 (Raxaul-Howrah) Mithila Express tomorrow and return back to Howrah day after tomorrow !!

The electric link that has brought the rake of 13019 (HWH-KGM) Bagh Express to Barauni earlier this morning , takes up the charge of this 13022 (Raxaul-Howrah) Mithila Express at evening and hauls it back to Howrah station !!

Op zondag 4 maart kwamen er maar liefst twee Alpen Expressen terug uit Oostenrijk. In verband met werkzaamheden tussen Den Bosch en Utrecht moest worden omgereden via Nijmegen en Arnhem, waarbij er op Arnhem tevens moest worden kop gemaakt. Omdat Railexperts zelf niet voldoende locomotieven tot haar beschikking heeft werd van Lineas de 186 456 gehuurd. Hier passeert deze locomotief met de eerste Alpen Express ter hoogte van Delft-Zuid als ledig materieel naar de Watergraafsmeer.
Am Sonntag den 4. März kamen zwei Alpen Express Zügen zurück aus Osterreich. Weil es bauarbeiten gab zwischen Utrecht und Den Bosch würde beider Zügen umgeleitet über Nijmegen und Arnhem. Das resultierte in das umsetzten der Lokomotive in Arnhem. Weil Railexperts selber nicht genug Lokomotiven hat, würde von Lineas die 186 456 gemietet. Nähe Delft ist die Lokomotive mit den Ersten der zwei Alpen Express Zügen unterwegs nach Watergraafsmeer.
On Sunday the 4th of March two Alpen Express trains returned from Austria. Because of maintenance works between Utrecht and Den Bosch both trains were deviated via Nijmegen and Arnhem. This resulted in switching direction at Arnhem. Because Railexperts does not have enough locomotives herself, 186 456 of Lineas was being hired. Here we see the locomotive passing Delft with the first Alpen Express heading for the Watergraafsmeer.

At 3:09 p.m., August 12, 2025, CPKC train 180, the Midwest Mexico Express, zips by the SSS at El Toro, Texas. The train is made up of intermodal and mixed freight. The 180 is powered by two units configured 1-1-0. The flat Coastal Plain of Texas is easy on power.

Both are single exposures. My simplified star trails technique is explained on page 62 of my eBook. No need to stack hundreds of exposures, like other complicated star trail methods. All processing is done in-camera, using the LENR mode (Long Exposure Noise Reduction), rather than having to do post processing stacking afterwards on your computer — joining together hundreds of single exposures into circling trails!

As you can see, eveyrbody tries to get this shot. I couldn't get to a door so had to strap my camera onto my wrist and then push it out a tiny window and then click and hope for the best.
