Remember last year at this time?

Couldn't wait for that movie!

We went on a shopping trip for "Fred" and were able to park closer than we expected.

People always demand, especially in relationships.

And sometimes, their expectations are so unrealistic,

they make you want to turn around and run away.

But from constantly trying to please those unrealistic expectations,

you have little energy left

and all you can do

is turn around,

fall on your knees

...and hide.

This person not only had extensive writing that included additional details. They answered each question with a lot of details and even additional details that were not requested but added to the quality of the journal entry. This student truly went above and beyond.

Despite the darkness, the cameras were out in unison at certain points, and it looked pretty hilarious. But the flashes going off every few seconds made for bleary eyes.

Children play in Caracas' poor Petare neighborhood in Caracas, Venezuela, Thursday, Dec. 7, 2006. Overwhelmingly reelected in recent presidential elections, Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez begins a new term with the challenge of attending the growing needs of the poor, who feel unsatisfied with current crime levels, unemployment, poverty, and lack of decent housing. Candlelit lunch at Gemma. I felt like I was eating at Ms. Haversham's wedding banquet in Dickens' "Great Expectations." By the way, the thin crust pizza and different bruschettas were delicious!

I was standing on a platform at the lake in the Gruen80 near Basel watching the swans and other waterfowl..... these swans had high hopes for a free handout. One tried to nibble on my shoelaces.

Went with no real expectations (just really going along with Marie who is a massive fan), but I’ve got to say that the Taylor Swift gig at Murrayfield was amazing - three and a half hours of superb entertainment, great atmosphere and crowd, and hugely enjoyable. Maybe I’m a Swiftie now?

when i learned that we'd be getting a trampoline for the kids for their birthdays, i had amazing visions of pictures of them surrounded by nothing but blue sky and wispy clouds, dreamy looks on their faces.

i got the thing all set up, got out the camera and let them jump, ready to catch the brilliant wonders i had previously seen in my mind's eye.

that's when i remembered that he's only three.

ah well...the trampoline will (hopefully) still be there when his leg muscles catch up with my vision.

The Saatchi Gallery, in Chelsea, exhibits contemporary and unusual works of art in its many galleries. These are changed regularly, and the huge paintings are always striking and colourful.

Exhibits include works of art by both well known, and up and coming new artists.

'Great Expectations - Wow' seen here was painted by artist David Brian Smith.

it's in my nature to try and live up to other's expectations.

well, now i feel like living up to my own expectations.

true story, it wasn't my original intention to put writing on my arm. the idea came to me hours later when i thought about uploading it. then it took me forever to figure out what the theme could be and what to write... made a lot of different versions of it. however, i'm actually satisfied with this.
