BRENTWOOD, Tenn., (Dec. 18, 2012) — Corizon, the nation's leader in correctional healthcare solutions, announced today the promotion of Lorie White to Vice President of Talent Management and Organization Development.
In her new role, effective immediately, White is responsible for all recruitment, clinical and leadership training, and organization development for the company. She is also the designated HR lead for Corizon's new contract with the Florida Department of Corrections. Refining and modifying the current development programs will be White's first focus as she creates a new approach to company training and development.
"Lorie's hard work and dedication to the employee base are great attributes for her new role at Corizon," said Dennis Wade, Corizon's Chief Human Resources Officer. "She will provide outstanding leadership as we develop a more holistic approach to retaining our employees and work to continue to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and patients."

This is a photograph from the start of the 36th Michael Manning Memorial "Dunshaughlin 10KM" Road Race and Fun Run which took place in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath, Ireland on Saturday 20th June 2015 at 19:30. This race is widely acknowledged within the Irish running community as one of the best races in Ireland. While being very well attended and competitive it is also one of the oldest 10KM races in Ireland. The numbers for this race have exceeded expectations year on year for the past number of years. In 2008 a record field of 306 took to the start line but by 2012 this number had more than doubled with 647 runners taking part. The starting numbers in 2013 topped this again at 668. Last year, 2014, the numbers rocketed to a new record of 883. This year 862 finished the race showing that the race continues to attract very substantial crowds. This year, as in previous years, the race attracted runners from not just all of Leinster but from the four corners of Ireland. Who knows but this race could reach 1,000 entrants next year. The work of the organising committee must be commended on making this event possible. The Dunshaughlin 10KM has earned it's place at the top of the pedestal of Irish running through the sheer hard work of Dunshaughlin AC over the years. Road race events do not survive on their own. There must be dedication, hard work and a development vision amongst the committee and the host club. Well done to all.

As mentioned above we take these photographs as a hobby and as a voluntary contribution to the running community in Ireland. Very often we have actually ran in the same race and then switched to photographer mode after we finished the race. Consequently, we feel that we have no obligations to capture a photograph of every participant in the race. However, we do try our very best to capture as many participants as possible. But this is sometimes not possible for a variety of reasons:
►You were hidden behind another participant as you passed our camera
►Weather or lighting conditions meant that we had some photographs with blurry content which we did not upload to our Flickr set
►There were too many people - some races attract thousands of participants and as amateur photographs we cannot hope to capture photographs of everyone
►We simply missed you - sorry about that - we did our best!
You can email us petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com to enquire if we have a photograph of you which didn't make the final Flickr selection for the race. But we cannot promise that there will be photograph there. As alternatives we advise you to contact the race organisers to enquire if there were (1) other photographs taking photographs at the race event or if (2) there were professional commercial sports photographers taking photographs which might have some photographs of you available for purchase. Wet pavement outside the Victoria rooms. Seemed to sum up my mood today somehow. The light and reflections in teh texture of teh pavement apealed to me, as did teh rythm of teh slabs and teh curve of teh Victoria Room's Fountain.
Here Mehdi is conversing with a man from his tribe in Morocco, but it seems that there is a distance between them that is probably not intended. Maybe it is because someone's expectations were dashed. Adding more drama to the interplay is Mehdi's girlfriend Leala with her hands on her head as if to say Ok guys what now? Our roots are best taken plain and simply...roots without expectations. Washington DC, 29 October 2017.
The New Mrs. Tesman is a 2016 new production by the University of Florida School of Theater and Dance. It was adapted from Ibsen's Hedda Gabler by Mikell Pinkney, which translates the events of the original play into a late 1950’s context. The New Mrs. Tesman is filled with old and new secrets and mysteries. The simplified realistic setting is composed of literally four walls, a true symbol of dramatic and theatrical realism.

I thought the light was going to be fine, but I was wrong, the clouds had something to say about my plan also.
Ho well, I am good at imagining stuff so I guess it still works out good.
Joseph and I were supposed to spend last Sunday with Catherine and her boyfriend Mark, but I ended up with a stomach virus or food poisoning or something. I'm not sure what was wrong with me, but it's returned sporadically every other day this week. Blegh.

As delegates and representatives make final preparations for the upcoming 21st annual Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework on Climate Change in Paris, expectations are high for a lasting and binding agreement. As Christiana Figueres, executive secretary of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, said during a recent Wilson Center event, “A strong durable climate change agreement has the power to help bend the emissions curve within a decade, achieve climate neutrality this century, and realize truly sustainable development.” An estimated 50,000 participants will convene in Paris to fulfill this ambitious agenda.
On December 16, a panel of experts will discuss how COP21 unfolded and what was accomplished. Speakers will also discuss how the outcomes of negotiations will affect efforts to tackle climate change in the United States and abroad, what was left on table for future discussions, and how any agreement plays out in the continuing evolution of climate change policy.
This event is co-organized by the Wilson Center, George Mason University, and World Resources Institute. It is part of the ongoing “Managing Our Planet” series, jointly developed by George Mason University and the Wilson Center’s Brazil Institute and its Environmental Change and Security Program. The series, now in its fourth year, is premised on the fact that humanity’s impacts are planetary in scale and require planetary-scale solutions.

Taken at the LaClare Family Farm in Malone , Wisconsin. The farm specializes in goat products-cheeses and ice cream. It also has a restaurant, gift shop, goat petting area and a program where you can do yoga with baby goats.
