Jamaica boasts many exotic resort and villa locations, guaranteed to make your stay one you will never forget!
Would you believe, I photographed this in a pond in Southern Indiana? It's true. It wasn't even the Zoo.
Usei:

Bernard Cheng from George's Tastee Bakery & Deli (600 Denison Street, Markham) was commissioned by Linda Restaurant to prepare the dessert course. He made an exotic fruit plate (quelling the fiery heat from the last curry course) that also contained white and milk chocolate filled "surprises" (with either dragonfruit, lychee or coconut milk).

I don't know what this shrub is but it struck me as exotic with its many flowers and buds on each stem.
An update: this is referred to popularly as an "earring" plant.
Long wall mural on the local primary school where my son attended for 5+ years. I spent a lot of time doing volunteer work here, eg reading, canteen, sports day, etc so have some great memories of the place. I was a bit surprised that the people in the lotus lake were grey, but nevertheless, still an exotic panorama! Over the years, my son made his way along each classroom in this wing. It was such a sunny day today, this is straight out of the camera.
Scavenge Challenge October #8. Exotic lands, faraway places, idyllic spots beckon us to adventure...in a photo, of course!

Pomegranate is believed to be one of the healthiest fruits you can consume. However, my personal opinion is that it is also the messiest fruit ever! It is a very good fruit. Just very messy. For those of you who don't know what the yellow fruit is, it is a Starfruit. Notice the star shape. Both are actually grown in the United States. Pomegranate is grown in California in some places, other than that I believe it is grown somewhere in Spain. The Starfruit I have in this picture, was actually grown in Florida. It laid claim to this on the packaging it came at the store. If you are interested in trying these, you can probably get them at a local food market if you have one, or do as I did and get them at Wal-Mart.
A banana cut under yogurt with ginger marmalade and a sliced fig. Nothing beats a sliced fig for an exciting arrangement and exquisit exotic taste. Made in two minutes.
My newest Barbie! She arrived yesterday, and I think she is gorgeous, I am so happy with her. I have wanted her for ages, but the price keeps going up then down, though I got a very reasonable price in the end!
Soursop or "Guanábana" is a fruit growing from an evergreen tree native from Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and South America.
