This beautiful and lithe cat is an Ocelot. I love the way they move, but it bothers me to see them be caged.
A delightful South American orchid species which flowers by thrusting it's flower spikes downwards. For this reason they are grown in baskets with liners, which the flower spikes can pierce, with flowers opening upside down. This is the first time I have flowered this species which lacks the heavy spotting and colouration of other species with the genus, but is very elegant. Although it's species name indicates a lack of scent, apparently the name was not fitting for the species which has a beautiful mild fragance, in comparison the very heavy fragrance of other species.
Gradient nails! It was a rush job and didn't really do so well... but I'm still really into it. I also ran out of lip balm and am substituiting it with this lip gloss WHICH SMELLS SO GOOD I COULD EAT IT. YUM!!
Q: Lip gloss, balm, stick, or pot?
Ranunculus aren't the only flower growing at the Flower Fields. We found a whole greenhouse full of Cymbidiums, rows and rows with many different colors. Orchids are too showy and exotic for me but a building full of them was impressive.

I stuck a GoPro on a suction cup on the bottom of my kayak today while in the shallow waters of North Bay. I noticed these odd round white "shells" all over the bottom, but under closer investigation it turns out these are golf balls. I guess some golfers like to whack balls out in the bay instead of the driving range?
