I know alot of you wanted me to recommend a miracle cream but so far I haven't found one that truly works. So it's out with the exercise mat and it's time to start exercising.
The exercises that you need to be doing can be very confusing and many of you will have started an exercise plan only to see your cellulite getting worse and not better so you give up thinking this isn't the way forward. The problem is the exercises you have been doing are the wrong ones.

I had my first day at Falls Clinic Physio today at the Repat. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, and included an hour of regular exercise of various types, an afternoon tea (coffee / tea and biscuits) then an hour of balancing exercises.
This is the 'amputee' section of the Gym and where we have an hour of balancing exercises. The step board on the left is used both stepping forward and also doing it sideways. I didn't have to do the wobble board, but it goes from side to side a bit like a rocking chair. The foam in the centre is actually very hard to balance on. One of the exercises with that one is reaching out to grab a ring that the trainer is holding at various heights and sides without falling over and then tossing it over the ring. All while trying to balance on the foam. The lines are used for walking heel-to-toe and also for a couple of weird walks. And of course the rails are there to grab before falling over.
I'll take a photo of the other exercise area of the Gym on Thursday.
