I read an article in a blog that suggested that you try to mix colors from swatches of color in photos etc so I decided that would be a good exercise for me this summer. It's hard for me but I like to do it when I don't know what to paint.

The first stage of a simulated terrorist attack at intu Trafford centre finished this morning.
The exercise, codenamed Exercise Winchester Accord, began at midnight on Monday 9 May 2016 at intu Trafford Centre. Greater Manchester Police officers and other emergency services, including Merseyside Police, Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service and North West Ambulance Service, were deployed in the staged exercise, to test and evaluate the emergency services response to a major terrorist incident.
The first stage of the exercise at intu Trafford Centre took place whilst the centre was closed to the public, and ran from midnight and into the early hours.
Over the following two days the exercise will continue in locations in the North West, including Redbank Community Home, in Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside on Wednesday 11 May 2016.
Assistant Chief Constable Rebekah Sutcliffe said: “Stage one of the exercise finished this morning and will continue until Wednesday.
“Residents in the area may have heard loud noises and noticed emergency services around intu Trafford Centre in the early hours of this morning and I would like to thank them for their patience whilst this first stage of the exercise took place.
“Our priority is to stop terrorists from planning and orchestrating attacks and with exercises like this, we can put our response to the test in a safe environment, so we are fully prepared for a time when it may be critical.
“I want to make it clear that this is not linked to any specific terror threat or attack, but is an opportunity for us to make sure we are in the best position possible, should a terrorist attack happen in the North West.
“I would like to thank everyone who took part in the exercise and intu Trafford Centre for following us to use their centre. Their support in the planning of this exercise demonstrates their commitment to test their response to a major incident and protect their staff and customers.”
Richard Paxton, General Manager of intu Trafford Centre, said: "This exercise was a unique opportunity to test both intu Trafford Centre and the emergency services’ working practices on such a large scale. It was a great success and a worthwhile experience for everyone involved.”

This is the Cesar Chavez Community Center in my neighbourhood. It's located at the Phil Chacon Park. This is where Stu and I exercise three times a week. That's him in the background in the red shirt. I stopped going when I was diagnosed with degenerative arthritis in my knee but kept exercising once it was better. I would walk Shizandra every morning, but now it's so hot to do that, so we take her to the park every morning around 7 a.m. and exercise her. We are also committed to her as well and I know she loves us for it.
Thank you for any comments faves you care to leave me, I do appreciate them all.
Have A Marvelous Monday and Get Out There And Exercise!

WEEK 32.1 – Sports Authority Southaven, 5-17-16
The front left corner of the store was the location of exercise equipment, and was the area I was most familiar with. We're not a big sports family (I'm a much more computer-oriented person – as you can tell :P – as well as academic), so new exercise stuff for my dad was the only reason we ever had to visit here in the past. TRIDENT JUNCTURE LIVEX ENTERS NEW PHASE
NATO warships have performed complex manoeuvres in close formation this morning. The 18 warships are just one third of the fleet NATO is operating in the Mediterranean on Exercise Trident Juncture.
Officer of the Watch Manoeuvres are designed to test the communications systems, as well as command and control systems between the warships. It also builds on and develops the trust between the participants that have been built up over the last four weeks of the exercise.
The exercise started at the beginning of October with virtual, ‘table top’ scenario designed to test the planning processes and command relationships of NATO’s Joint Force Command Brunsumm with headquarters in Italy, Spain and afloat in the Royal Navy’s Flagship, HMS Ocean. This was followed by ‘Livex’, where the scenario was transferred from theoretical discussion to the real world. For the 60 NATO’s warships, this has meant a series of amphibious raids, anti-submarine drills and air defence exercises against Typhoon Eurofighters.
This intensive training was simply the preparation for the next, ‘Theatre Entry’ phase, as the warships form up to fight their way through a ‘choke point’ on international sea lanes, in order to bring decisive force to bear on their fictional opponents. Rear Admiral Tony Radakin, Commander UK Maritime Forces, is the man in charge of NATO’s Maritime Forces not only for Exercise Trident Juncture, but throughout 2016. He said:
‘It is a rare privilege to command and train alongside such a formidable line up of warships, from so many of our allies."
