I read about the Weight Watchers Punch! program and thought that it sounded like a good cross-training program. I had the opportunity to visit a Weight Watchers center yesterday and picked up the set - it includes a DVD with three different kickboxing programs as well as a set of pink weighted gloves. I figure that I'll use it next week when I'm looking for some non-running cardio after Sunday's NYC Half Marathon.
