Inspired by Deemix, some fun with equations

Althought the refurbished steering rack was painted black, it was covered with a 2 pack lacquer at the same time as the AVO shocks & springs were lacquered (84)

Details of the painted chassis:- The rear corner

A lot of work was put into the cleaning up of the chassis. It was pressure washed twice, Jiffex used to remove the oil, the galvansing was starting to suffer from oxidation, so this was removed by scraping, and wire brushes in an angle grinder etc.

After cleaning, the chassis was found to be in excellent condition.

2 coats of Galvafroid were applied before painting (10 Dec 2005) and lacquering. The galvansied chassis, now has 2 coats of galvafroid, and a complete paint system, so should last and last. (52)

Spreadsheets on my mind, I guess. If I were to take this again, I'd probably do so without the angle, but I'll get back to the Big Apple sooner or later. Hmm, it kinda looks like Manhattan's street grid too.

The Otter bi-metallic switch which was supplied with the Revotec fans. A bit of a tight fit to mount the insert threads for the fans in the rad frame - 6mm inserts were just too big, so hade to use 5mm

The 4 slats in position. With a bit of imagination, one can now really see the shape that I would like to see the shape of the finished product. (233)
