I'm in the habit of using long file and folder names. Particularly when I'm dealing with multiple revisions of files. So now and again I get error messages like this, that tell me a file X "... could not be found. Check the spelling of the file name, and verify that the file location is correct."
Which is great except that the two things the message is telling me to check are absolutely fine; there is nothing wrong with the file name spelling and the file location is correct. The problem is that the file name and/or folder names are too long, which the error messagebox doesn't mention.

This park, which is more than a kilometre long, connects two large coastal green spaces in Barcelona: the Poblenou Park and the Diagonal Mar Park. It is ideal for bikes, either if you are on a leisure ride or trying to get around the area. The Garcia Fària Linear Park is also an excellent entrance to the beaches closest to Besòs and the Barcelona 2004 Forum.
The Garcia Fària Linear Park is the result of a wise combination of topography and vegetation. It gives rise to very different parallel spaces that are separated by large flower beds, some flat and others more inclined. It occupies the space located over the large parking area next to the Ronda Litoral coastal road.
On the mountainous side, there is an extremely long and very wide bike path which is bordered by flower beds that serve as a median between the two park areas and the flower bed that separates it from the walkway that gives it its name.
Every so many metres, the flower beds are interrupted by large entries that link one side of the park and the other. If you are walking on the sea side, the border becomes a kind of viewpoint over the nearby beaches. Here is where the rest areas and child play areas are located.
The beaches can be accessed directly by crossing the park on Bac de Roda, Selva de Mar and Josep Pla streets.
Vegetation
The greenery, organized in strips, is made up of species that are suitable to the location of the park right on the beachfront and free of any man-made elements to protect the vegetation. This why the tamarisks (Tamarix gallica) are plentiful.
There different fountain grass species with very ornamental height combinations in the flowerbeds that stretch to the walkway. You can find Hyparrhenia sp., Festuca sp., Pennisetum setaceum and Pennisetum villosum. There are also small bushes of Nassella tenuissima, grass that ripples harmoniously when the wind blows.
Along with the grass, the main protagonists of this park are the spectacular blooming Oleanders (Nerium oleander) and the palm trees, especially the California fan palms (Washingtonia filifera). You can also find Mediterranean fan palms (Chamaerops humilis) and small groups of paper mulberries (Broussonetia papyrifera) that provide shade.
History
The Garcia Fària Linear Park is part of the urban re-zoning of the Besòs coast at the river mouth which was done at the time of the Universal Forum of Cultures, Barcelona 2004. The main objective of that event was reflection and dialogue on cultural diversity, sustainable development and peace. The urban development made it possible to recover a large section of the coast located between the municipal districts of Barcelona and Sant Adrià de Besòs.

The Royal Victoria Dock is dominated by the ExCeL Exhibition Centre, constructed on the north quayside and opened in November 2000. This is where we were heading for the Women's Team Foil event. For the 2012 Summer Olympics, ExCeL London was divided into five sports halls with capacities ranging from 6,000 to 10,000 that were used for boxing, fencing, judo, taekwondo, table tennis, weightlifting, and wrestling.
Royal Victoria Dock was opened in 1855 on a previously uninhabited area of Plaistow Marshes. It was the first of the Royal Docks and the first London dock to be designed specifically to accommodate large steam ships.
The dock was an immediate commercial success, as it could easily accommodate all but the very largest steamships. By 1860, it was already taking over 850,000 tons of shipping a year - double that of the London Docks, four times that of St Katharine Docks and 70% more than the West India Dock and East India Docks combined. It was badly damaged by German bombing in World War II but experienced a resurgence in trade following the war. However, from the 1960s onwards, the Royal Victoria experienced a steady decline - as did all of London's other docks - as the shipping industry adopted containerization, which effectively moved traffic downstream to Tilbury. It finally closed to commercial traffic along with the other Royal Docks in 1980.
Looks like Safeguard intend to keep their Excels for a while longer, as all three - as well as the Mini Pointer Dart - have been retrofitted with LED destination displays.
Here's X307 CBT showing off its new blinds while heading up Egerton Road on the 4.
Perhaps more significantly, this move means that the only buses which now run into Guildford with old roller blinds were Sunray's - but as they're now using Edward Thomas Volvo B10Ms which don't have blinds, then we could well have seen the last manual blinds in Guildford.
I'm not including Carlone's breadvan M192 TMG, as it might have roller blinds, but it doesn't have any destinations on it...

The Boris Dangleway
Opened to the public at midday on 27th June 2012, the London Emirates Air Line Cable Car now runs between two newly constructed terminals (Emirates Greenwich Peninsula by the O2 and Emirates Royal Docks beside the ExCeL conference centre) and will be capable of transporting up to 2,500 people in each direction per hour, in one of 34 cabins.
With the bulk of the construction work completed within a year, the new structure has a cable span of 1.1km (0.7ml) and is supported by three helix towers. At its highest point, passengers will be 90 metres (275ft) above the Thames.
Journeys take approximately five minutes during peak times, and approximately 10 minutes at other times, when transit will be purposefully slowed to accommodate tourists and leisure users experiencing the service.
Speaking at the launch, Mayor of London Boris Johnson lauded the service as: “A stunning addition to London’s transport network, providing a much-needed new connection across the Thames… [which supports] my ambitious plans to revive the neighbouring areas, which have been neglected for decades, creating jobs for Londoners and stimulating growth.”
Asked whether the route would fall out of favour once Olympics visitors had left the capital, the mayor responded that the cable car is vital in ensuring the long-term development and prosperity of the locality: “This area will undergo a tremendous transformation in the next 10-15 years; great economic growth has always been preceded by infrastructural development… [The journey] provides a panorama of some of the most opportunity-rich areas in the capital.”
Passengers wishing to try the service will be charged a cash fare of £4.30 one-way, or £3.20 if paying with an Oyster card. Children being charged £2.20 or £1.60 respectively and it will also be possible to buy a ‘frequent flyer’ boarding pass enabling regular commuters to make 10 single journeys for £16.
