This is owned by Dave, who bought my V-Max. This fella has awesome pair of bikes now and I can see why he was happy to let the 2000 model go.
1998 Honda Fireblade Evolution an official "special" built to celebrate Honda's 100th victory in the Isle of Man TT Races, the bike was introduced at the NEC motorcycle show in 1998, with a price starting from £22,325 depending on version.
The Evo CBR900 was a collaboration between ex Honda racer Mick Grant and Russell Savory of RS Performance, and sold through official Honda dealers by special order only, the Evo Blade design was by John Keogh and had a much more purposeful look with an exposed single-sided swing arm and two ram air scoops from fairing to a larger 22.5 litre capacity fuel tank a single seat unit was also fitted, while Keoghs design was different it still retained the unmistakable Blade profile. Evolution - Let there be Light. Licht, veel licht was er zeker! Wat een mooie licht- en lasershow. Dat maakt het werk voor partyfotografen leuk en uitdagend :) Behalve mooi licht, werd er ook nog eens top gedraaid. Held van de avond voor mij was toch zeker wel Markus Schulz. Het was voor mij wel even wennen de weg die Tiesto in slaat. Je kunt het mooi vinden of niet, hij blijft zichzelf vernieuwen. Dat was aan de set bij Evolution ook goed te horen. En dat is zeker knap als je al zolang meegaat als Tijs. Al met al een topweekend, met eerst Reloaded..... Dance into the Future en daarna Evolution - Let there be Light. Thx. Radio 538 voor de uitstekende organisatie. Hopelijk krijgt dit initiatief een vervolg volgend jaar.

They just share a common ancestor. This can be visualized using the stringed instruments above. The ukulele did not decide one day to become a guitar. They simply share a common ancestor.

Kentucky Fried Chicken became KFC in the 1990s to avoid the unhealthy connotations of the word fried. Its iconic founder, Colonel Sanders, has become increasingly prominent. He’s kept the string tie but has added an apron, so customers won’t feel he has lost his talent for home-style cooking.

Ondoy, Ondoy, you bad, bad, BAD boy. The past week was an ADVENTURE, one of the events in my life that definitely put things back into perspective; some parts of your life are magnified, and some just sublimate, leaving you to say, “And I was scared of that?” While I’ve always had an irrational desire to live through a zombie disaster movie (raiding stores for floor-length leather (sorry Jenna maybe PVC will do haha) trench coats – watch out John Varvatos!!! – ala Neo and Trinity, prying shotguns, shells and magazines from the hands of half-eaten police officers, and blasting off rotting zombie heads with a satisfying crunch), typhoons are definitely not fun and are more likely to happen in this interesting country of ours. It’s very uplifting to hear about the people who ransacked the supermarkets to be able to donate goods, the neighbors who sheltered thirty people in their house with a second floor, the people who used their talents, brains and connections to help in any way without any recognition-seeking complex.
It’s so easy to say just move the heck out of your house on top of a hill or beside the freakin’ river, but as I found out, to leave your home even when floodwater is pouring into your freezer feels like the height of betrayal. Heck, I don’t even like the stupid sofa print and I just about cried when I peeked downstairs the following morning to see the Couch-From-Hell floating sadly among his fellow underworld furniture friends. The Filipino people is a resilient people, and like roaches we will come back to our ravaged homes and build once again until somebody in government finally understands the concept of urban planning. =) May all families, who have found that some of their own are now with God, find their peace.
While scrubbing a wall at home, I took a picture of these smilies after the swollen paint bubbles had burst; I couldn’t help thinking that definitely, my wall is Filipino: give it all you got, but you’ll never wipe the smile off our faces. =)
