This tiny trinket box is just under 2 inches wide. I bought the kit for this at a craft fair. I enjoyed the embroidery, but making it into a box, with lining, is probably the most fiddly sewing I have ever done.

Star is ~2" (5cm) point-to-point horizontally.
Strobist: single strobe aimed slightly across the flag from the left to bring out the texture of the cloth and star.

I have a thing about people-faced deer. I lurves them.
More experimenting with embroidery. This is very simple. Just backstitch and sort of sashiko style for the spots on the body.
I got too into making the tiniest stitches possible before I realized it actually didn't look that good and made the lines look really wobbly. Oops! Oh well. ^o^

After completing the first cushion in 2020 (left), my Mom and I liked it so much, that we wanted a second one. So we started collecting Noa's moulted fluff again to stuff it up with, and my Mom embroidered a new cover and put it all together. I like it so much!

Leaves and buds were all I could salvage for theses booties as the tablecloth was pretty stained.

Babydoll dress that I made from 1970s black polyester and an upcycled embroidered cats t-shirt. Elasticized empire waistline, upturned sleeve cuffs, asymmetric front bodice closure.
This tiny antique embroidery is actually only 3.5cm across.
