This election rally was held around a month before the 2006 Federal elections in Austria. All the major parties were represented, sometimes side-by-side. The freely available beer at the party tents would cause a spitting fit with Canadian elections officials where everything is forbidden. This is the Green Party tent.

A Q&A session and discussion with the audience followed along with commentary from the panelists.
Panelists included Ruth Mandel, director of Rutgers’ Eagleton Institute of Politics and founder of Eagleton’s Center for American Women and Politics; Sam Wang, professor of molecular biology and neuroscience at Princeton University and member of the Princeton Election Consortium; and Charles Stile, veteran political columnist at The Record of Bergen County.
