I was really looking forward to seeing Kristoff in his signature outfit, but he still looks very dashing this way. ^_^
My Limited Edition Blue Aurora 17'' Doll is fully deboxed. She is posed standing, supported by her included doll stand. Photographed in natural light.
Full set of photos of my Blue Aurora LE 17'' Doll. She is shown boxed, during deboxing, and fully deboxed. She is posed next to the Pink Aurora, who I had deboxed earlier. She is #2993 of 4000. She is identical in design to the Pink Aurora, except for the color of her gown (and gemstones), and the color of the artwork and decorations on her box. The only other significant differences are that the background scene is different than that of the Pink Aurora, and that they are glancing in opposite directions. The middle panel in the front of her skirt wasn't centered, so I rotated her skirt after loosening her bodice. The ends of her plastic belt were tacked together with a plastic tie. After I cut it, the belt kept on coming apart, so I had to tape the ends together. There was a small post that went into a small hole on the other end, but the fit wasn't very good, and the closure wasn't very secure. There was a similar problem with the golden crown of Fairytale Designer Pocahontas. It is very cool to have twin Auroras posed next to each other.

The outer cardboard sleeve is slid off, revealing the dolls inside of an clear acrylic display case, with a gold and black base, and golden nameplate. At the back of the case the Certificate of Authenticity is visible. Then the acrylic case is opened up by gently rocking the top from side to side until it is loosened from the base, then slowly sliding it off along the cardboard backing. The dolls are now in clear view. They are attached to the backing and plastic spacers by rubber bands, wires, and plastic tabs.
Snow White has a little blemish on her right cheek near her nose, that appears to be a stray bit of hair gel. I will wash it off tomorrow, using some alcohol and cotton swab. There was also a few stray hairs coming from her braided hair, that I tidied up using the end of a rat tail comb. Also her bodice is slightly off center, I will also fix that tomorrow after I fully debox her.
The sun was very low in the sky, and behind a building, so I had to use flash for most of these photos.
Snow White and the Prince - Limited Edition Doll Set
Disney Fairytale Designer Collection
$129.95 US
US Disney Store
Released and purchased in store on August 20, 2013.
First Look
There were 18 Snow White doll sets at the store, and only about a dozen people who entered the raffle for the chance to buy them. So from the get go, I knew I was sure to leave with the dolls. There was one lady in the group that I remembered from the Designer Villain raffles, and we caught up on how our doll collections were growing. Also another person waiting for the dolls said she actually got the Designer Pin Set in her cart, and purchased them, but got an ''I'm sorry'' email later saying that the item was sold out, and they were refunding her money.
At about 1:07 pm, they called out 5 names at a time to purchase the dolls. My name was actually called out first. Then we were marched into the store to buy the dolls. The store only had the Snow White dolls set on display behind the counter, and none of the other dolls on display at all. The main Fairytale Designer Collection display was unchanged, except that the Ariel mugs were now sold out. So I decided not to take any photos inside the store, since there was no real changes, and I couldn't take any closeups of the Snow White set on display.
Just after purchasing the dolls, I set them down at a table outside the Disney Store. Then I took a peek at the dolls to make sure there were no defects, before leaving with them. I first took the box out of the Designer Fairytale Gift Bag. Then I took the sleeve off the box, to reveal the dolls inside of a clear acrylic display case, with a gold base and nameplate. The case and dolls looked perfect to me. The serial number is #558 of 6000.
I will photograph the set boxed, during the deboxing, and fully deboxed. I will also pose the dolls next to comparable dolls, for instance the Gold D23 Snow White doll set.

D23 Hag is completely deboxed, and is free standing.
Detailed photos of the D23 Expo exclusive Hag Limited Edition 17 Inch Doll. She is #204 of 723. I got her first hand from the D23 Expo Disney Store on the release day, Saturday July 15, 2017.
She is actually about 16 inches tall with her legs straightened. But her feet are angled such that she has to stoop to stand up, and that is the way she in in the included display stand. Then she is only about 14 1/2 inches tall, about 2 inches shorter than D23 LE Snow White. In the box, she is lifted about 2 inches off the base by a plastic support, so she would be more centered in the viewing window.
Her head only swivels about in a single plane, and because I didn't cut the threads attaching her pony tails to her outfit, she can only turn her head about 45 degrees to the left and the right. Her head is permanently tilted upwards, and her gaze is also up, as she is supposed to be looking up at the taller Snow White. Her torso is stuffed, but her limbs are all articulated and made of hard plastic. She has jointed shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips and knees. Her body is entirely custom made for this doll, and is very close to the design of the Hag in the DFDC Heroes and Villains set with Snow White, except that the Designer Hag has a hard plastic torso rather than a stuffed one. I left some factory ties that prevent the shawl from falling off her arms. However, I did remove some plastic tacks that hid part of the sheer overskirt under her apron. I left she scarf tacked to her head, so it stay in position over her head. She is fairly stable free standing, but is much more stable on her display stand. The accessory apple is very realistic, and secured to her left hand by a clear rubber that goes through a hole near the bottom of the apple. It is a larger version of the apple included in DFDC Hag and the D23 Once Upon a Time Evil Queen doll.
My LE Moana doll on the cardboard backing. The front and rear covers have been removed.
Detailed photos of my second edition Disney Store Limited Edition Moana 16 inch doll. I got her in person on release day, Tuesday March 7, 2017. She is #3031 of 5500.
She has a red feather cape and bodice (actually made of satin). The bodice is decorated with white seashells. She has a red scalloped waistband. Her skirt is 3/4 length, made of up layers of multicolored leaves and grass. It has simulated water droplets. She has a leaf and flower headdress, a shell necklace that opens up, red feather arm band and a leaf and seashell anklet. The armband and anklet are made of cloth and not plastic (as was the case with the first Moana LE doll). They also did a very good job of hiding the joints on arms and legs of this doll, again improving on the first edition. Her face also has a more pleasant expression than the first one. She has sand on her bare feet. The only area where the first doll has a definite edge is the inclusion of the Pua and Hei Hei figures. The second Moana has no accessories except for her oar, which is identical to the one included with the first doll.
I show Moana boxed, being deboxed and fully deboxed. She isn't too stable free standing, so I put her on the included display stand for the photos after deboxing her.
I bought the newly released Disney Parks Aurora LE 17 inch doll from World of Disney in Downtown Disney, Disneyland today. She was released on Christmas Day. She is a pink version of the blue Disneyland 60th Anniversary Aurora LE doll (which was released in 2015). The design of the doll and the box are essentially the same as the previous doll. Her price is $10 more, at $129.99 versus $119.95. She is part of the new Diamond Castle Collection.
There are various differences between the new and old Disney Parks Aurora dolls besides the color of the outfit. The most significant is the lack of Certificate of Authenticity in the new one. The old one was LE 3000, and had a individually numbered CoA, as well a number stamped on the back of the doll.
There are no rhinestones in the bodice. Instead there are small faux pearls. She is wearing gold heels, versus the silver heels of the blue Aurora. She also has gold crown and necklace with gold gems, with a rose in the center, versus the silver crown and necklace of the 60th Anniversary Aurora.
As with the original Parks Aurora, there is no display stand. There is glitter throughout the skirt and cape, and it does shed quite a bit. The dark pink velvet cape is detachable from the dress, via two small velcro fasteners in the back of her bodice. The organza skirt is quite stiff and allows the doll to free stand, even without a display stand. The white satin underskirt is attached to the outer organza skirt.
My Limited Edition Anna 17'' Doll has been fully deboxed, and is posed standing. She is supported by the included doll stand. My doll is #1202 of 2500.
She is wearing her coronation gown, and black flat heeled shoes, that are the same design as the Harrods LE 100 Anna doll. But there are far fewer jewels in her gown, and she is missing the leggings and bloomers of the Harrods doll. However, her slip and petticoat appear to be identical to the Harrods version. Her dress and petticoat are stiff enough that she can free stand, although not very stably. She is wearing a necklace, with the pendant stuck to her chest, which is identical to the Harrods doll's necklace.
She has red orange hair that is pulled back, and has a large flat braid behind long curly bangs, and a spiraling braid behind her head, with a series of thin curly pony tails hanging from her head, one of which is her white streak. Intertwined with the pony tails is a set of thin green satin ribbons. The hair do is not quite as intricate as on the Harrods doll, who has two very thin braids in addition to the pony tails, and more satin ribbons. She almost perfectly formed long curving rooted eyelashes, that are even better looking than the ones on the Harrods Anna. She has a beautiful round face with very large blue green eyes, small pointy nose, thin bright pink lips in a slight smirk, and rouge on upper cheeks and the front of her chin, representing her skin being chilled by cold weather. She has freckles all over her face, but unlike the Harrods doll, none on her neck, shoulders, chest or upper back.
She is a very beautiful doll, with a splendid outfit, that is fit for royalty. She is also very movie accurate, and well worth her price. Although she is not as exotic as her sister, the Snow Queen Elsa, Anna has an adorable, warm expression on her face, and is very elegant in her own right.
Notes on the back of the LE Anna's box:

Designed and carefully crafted by Disney Store artists, this limited edition doll is a must-have for Disney fans and collectors alike.
Certificate of Authenticity and Display Stand included.
First look at the Limited Edition Anna and Elsa 17'' Dolls, that I just brought home from the Disney Store. I camped out outside my local Disney Store at 6 am, waiting for them to open at 10 am. At about 7 am a group of three other adults and one child joined me in front of the store. I'm happy that the mall opens so early (for mall walkers), so I didn't have to wait outdoors. The leader of the group, a fellow collector, also got the Harrods LE 100 doll set. He and his daughter and granddaughter were also there with me at the same store for the release of TLM LE dolls. A CM was nice and let us have a closeup look at the dolls around 8:30 am (from behind the store's metal gate). We were surprised that no other people joined us in line before the store's opening at 10 am.
The dolls are LE 2500, and cost $99.95 each. They will be photographed boxed, during deboxing, and fully deboxed. They will also be posed with other comparable dolls, especially the Harrods LE 100 Anna and Elsa dolls.

American actress Bessie Love (1898-1986) was introduced to the cinema by D.W. Griffith. He also gave the actress her screen name. She played innocent young girls and wholesome leading ladies in silent films and early talkies. Her acting career spanned eight decades, and her role in The Broadway Melody (1929) earned her a nomination for the Oscar for Best Actress.
Bessie Love was born Juanita Horton in 1898 in Midland, Texas. Her cowboy father moved the family to Arizona, New Mexico, and then to Hollywood, where he became a chiropractor. As the family needed money, Bessie's mother sent her to Biograph Studios, hoping she would become an actress. Pioneering film director D.W. Griffith saw she was pretty and had some acting talent. He put her in several of his films, including a small part in Intolerance: Love's Struggle Throughout the Ages (D.W. Griffith, 1916). Love dropped out of Los Angeles High School to pursue her film career, although she completed her diploma many years later. Her first important role was in the drama The Flying Torpedo (John B. O'Brien, Christy Cabanne, 1916), starring John Emerson. Bessie became popular with audiences and worked with Douglas Fairbanks in Reggie Mixes In (Christy Cabanne, 1916) and The Mystery of the Leaping Fish (John Emerson, Christy Cabanne, 1916). William S. Hart was her co-star in The Aryan (Reginald Barker, William S. Hart, Clifford Smith, 1916). She then moved to Vitagraph and starred in a number of comedy-dramas. She took an active role in the management of her career, upgrading her representation to Gerald C. Duffy, the former editor of Picture-Play Magazine, and publicising herself by playing the ukulele and dancing for members of the military. In 1922, Love was chosen as a WAMPAS Baby Star. In the 1920s she began to act in more mature roles. In 1923, she starred in Human Wreckage (John Griffith Wray, 1923), with Dorothy Davenport and produced by Thomas Ince. The next year, she starred in Those Who Dance (Lambert Hillyer, 1924), opposite Blanche Sweet. She also began to work on the stage. She performed the first screen Charleston dance in The King on Main Street (Monta Bell, 1925) starring Adolphe Menjou. Her technique was documented in instructional guides, including a series of photographs by Edward Steichen. She subsequently performed the dance the following year in The Song and Dance Man (Herbert Brenon, 1926). She also starred in The Lost World (Harry O. Hoyt, 1925), a science fiction adventure based on the novel of the same name by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Love gave one of her best performances in Dress Parade (Donald Crisp, 1927) with William Boyd. The following year, she starred in The Matinee Idol (1928), a romantic comedy directed by a young Frank Capra. In 1929, she married agent William B. Hawks. They would have one child, Patricia (1932), and divorced in 1936. It would be her only marriage.
Bessie Love toured with a musical revue for sixteen weeks. The experience she gained on the vaudeville stage singing and dancing in three performances a day prepared her for the introduction of sound films. When sound came into vogue, Bessie Love made a number of them and received an Academy Award nomination for The Broadway Melody (Harry Beaumont, 1929). The success of the film resulted in a 5-year contract with MGM and an increase in her weekly salary. By 1931, however, her career was over. She moved to England in 1935 and did stage work and occasional films there. Love briefly returned to the United States in 1936 to seek a divorce. During World War II, she entertained the troops and also worked for the Red Cross. By the 1950s she started playing small roles in films such as No Highway (Henry Koster, 1951), starring James Stewart and Marlene Dietrich, and The Barefoot Contessa (Joseph L. Mankiewicz, 1954) with Humphrey Bogart and Ava Gardner. In England, Love had a substantial supporting part and received fifth billing in Ealing Studios' Nowhere to Go (Seth Holt, 1958) with George Nader and Maggie Smith in her film debut. She also played small roles in The Greengage Summer (Lewis Gilbert, 1961) starring Kenneth More, the James Bond thriller On Her Majesty's Secret Service (Peter R. Hunt, 1969) with Geoge Lazenby and Diana Rigg, and in John Schlesinger's Sunday Bloody Sunday (1971). She played the mother of Vanessa Redgrave's titular character in Isadora (Karel Reisz, 1968). In the 1980s she appeared in the big-budget Ragtime (Milos Forman, 1981) which starred James Cagney, and later that year in Reds (Warren Beatty, 1981) which starred Warren Beatty and Diane Keaton. Her final film was the erotic horror film The Hunger (Tony Scott, 1983), starring Catherine Deneuve and David Bowie. Bessie Love passed away in 1986 in London, England, UK.

Deboxing the 2015 LE Elsa Doll. First the front cardboard lid is removed, revealing a clear plastic window underneath. Then the plastic window and rear cardboard lid are removed, leaving the doll attached to a free standing cardboard backing. The Certificate of Authenticity is removed from below the backing.
The Limited Edition Elsa Doll, released in stores in North America on March 3, 2015. My doll is #2942 of 5000. She is in jeweled purple felt (made from faux wool). This is the outfit she wore as an 18 year old when saying good bye to her parents before their overseas journey. She is wearing ice blue jeweled satin gloves, which help repress her ice powers. Her hands are clasped together. Her pose and look are that of a sternly repressed nature. She is standing in front a purple window of the Castle, which is closed, as she is closed to the outside world.
She is wearing black flats with floral decoration. Her jacket is pinned to her dress, which I left alone, as it helps to keep the jacket from opening up. There was a large amount of tissue paper stuffing under her skirt. I had to remove her from the doll stand before I could remove the tissue.
She has shiny pearlescent skin, and her skin tone is between that of Coronation Elsa and Snow Queen Elsa. Her hair is slicked down in the front and is in a bun in the back. There is gold tinsel in her hair, even in her side burns.

The fourth and final generation of the Camero was launched for the 1993 model year.on an updated F-body platform.
For the 1998 model year, the Camaro was revised and received a new front fascia. This replaced the quartet of square inset headlights. Replacing the LT1 was GM's all-new 5.7 L (346 ci) LS1, which had been introduced with the Corvette C5 in 1997. The all-new design featured an aluminum cylinder block with iron sleeves, reducing weight by about 95 lb (43 kg) with aluminum compared to the iron block LT1. Changes for 1999 and 2000 were largely cosmetic and 2001 saw the lowest production year for the Camaro with 29,009 units. This was partially due to production ending earlier than usual to begin work on the 35th Anniversary cars. The Z28 and SS models received the intake manifold from the LS6, the engine used in the fifth generation Corvette Z06 from 2001-2004. This change also resulted in a revised camshaft profile and removal of the EGR system. GM also introduced a new slave cylinder for the clutch assembly that was superior to the design of previous years, as well as an LS6 clutch in manual models. Accordingly, stated power ratings were increased to 310 hp (231 kW) for the Z28 and 325 hp (242 kW) for the SS which also added a power steering cooler. SLP reintroduced the RS model this year, which included rally stripes and stock cold air intake system and Z28 take-off exhaust (from their SS conversions).
2002 was the final year of Camero production and also the year of the 35th Anniversary cars.with the final car being built 27th August 2002

Limited Edition Teal Jasmine deboxed. She is posed standing, supported by her included display stand.
Because of the weight of her hair, when it is placed in its natural position behind her, it unbalances her and makes her head and back lean backwards. The base of the doll stand is slick and the top clamp doesn't help that much to keep her in position, so she tends to slide forwards on the stand as well. So it's a chore to make her stand straight up for the photos (or just for displaying her). Red Jasmine has a similar problem that is even more severe, since her pony tail juts out behind her, and her neck and upper torso joints aren't as stiff as they are on my Teal Jasmine.
Detailed photos of my pre-ordered Teal Jasmine 17 inch doll. I picked her up on release day (Tuesday October 13, 2015) from my local Disney Store. She is #1834 of 5000. She has a similar color difference between her torso and the rest of her body (including her head) as that of my Red Jasmine doll. There is golden sheen in her torso that is especially noticeable in her neck and upper chest. I like Teal Jasmine much more than I thought I would from my initial look at the stock photos and even seeing the display doll in person, although Red Jasmine is still my favorite of the two.
She is photographed boxed, during deboxing, and fully deboxed. She is also posed with other comparable dolls.

This commissioned piece began as a Hegemon (Megatron) built by Toy World. I made several changes to the figure, added new abs section, raised faction symbol for chest, custom Galvatron head (designed by Fakebusker) new cannon mounting system, new barrel mounting system. In addition, added super articulated hands (each finger has 3 points of articulation) and 2 super bright yellow LED lights (for for gun barrel, one for cannon barrel) each self-contained with on/off switch and power (coin battery) nearby. Galvatron has 3 modes; Robot, Ground Assault Cannon, and Hand Gun.

PERSONAL FUN FACT: Oriana has my favorite ensemble from this set of Twiins/Triiiplets by far! I remember getting my very first piece of hers on my Funk Out! Jade in early 2011. I'm pretty sure she was wearing Oriana's shirt and boots. I can't tell you how much use I've gotten out of this style of boot. I believe every single one of my duplicated pairs has ended up on display. They really dress up any outfit. I adore how they look like Converse sneakers, only in boot form! Her bag also has the same general styling. Funnily enough, I had a purse JUST like this in high school. I remember finding it at a dirty indoor flea market. It looked like my favorite pair of sneakers made into a tiny purse. Honestly I didn't use it too much, as I'm not really a purse person, but I loved the look of it anyways (I don't have it anymore). This is my only pair of Oriana pants that still has its awesome studded belt intact. I have a few pairs of these, but they are all missing the belt/chain detail. These were also repackaged in a 2008 Passion 4 Fashion set (although my pair from said pack looks a bit longer/skinnier for some reason). Even my extra striped shirts have come in handy over the years. I just cannot get enough of this Oriana ensemble, and I have to say, I'm always elated when I add more duplicated pieces to my collection! These are quite literally my favorite pair of Bratz boots ever made!
Here is the first head mold of rapunzel by Mattel. I actually prefer it over the new head mold, as I find it more flattering. Not that the new one is ugly, just my preference. I think it looks more like the character. Especially if you look in the mold detail. I can see where they were going with this mold.
