The Bastrop Economic Development Corporation (BEDC) groundbreaking for Johnson Architectural Metal Company, (JAMCo) on its Texas headquarters and manufacturing facility in Bastrop. The company is a commercial construction contractor that provides custom glass building envelopes for high-rise office facilities nationwide. The new manufacturing operation, a $2.26 million, 30,100 square foot plant located in the Bastrop Business and Industrial Park at the intersection of South Jackson Street and South Street just south of Hwy 71.

He was joined by StyleWeek founder, Rosanna Ortiz Sinel; Queen of Hearts owner and designer Karen Beebe; and Project Runway contestant and designer Jonathan Peters. StyleWeek is a premier, weeklong fashion event taking place from June 6-12 in Providence, RI.
