This guy/gal was enjoying a rest in the solitude in the Shores area of the Columbus Zoo during a November 2010 visit. I was looking for ID on the zoo's website, but didn't find any matches. If anyone knows what kind of duck this is, feel free to chime in.

Louis turned 4 on March 4, 2009, and we celebrated his birthday in Disneyland - one of his favorite places.

It must be a good thing; we watch so little TV, the first thing we did when we realized the power was still on, was check online. There was, of course, nothing there.
