The cloud reminded me a spacecraft. After showing the photo to my son, we both agreed it looked a bit like Star Trek's Enterprise.
GM 207, Abhainn na Bóinne (River Boyne) heads the Dublin Belfast Enterprise service across the causeway over Malahide Estuary.
The unincorporated community of Enterprise, just east of Ankeny, Iowa is often a great place to take a photo.

I think that it's better LARGE.
This is a smaller heron. All stretched out he is only about 12". This one is fishing along the edge of the shore. moving in a fast walk to his next location.
I was able to get very close to this one and got a bunch of photos in various poses, activity. Sooo...you'll be seeing this one again and again.

Taken from the intersection of OR Hwy 82 and Eggleson Rd between Enterprise and Joseph. From left to right are Hurricane Divide, Twin Peaks, Hurricane Point (behind the cupola) and Traverse Ridge.
Pushing downriver at the McAlpine Locks below Louisville, Kentucky. She is part of the Carlisle-Bray Line, out of Covington, Kentucky. I often see her on the Ohio River at Cincinnati. Ohio. She is powered by twin 1300 h.p. Cummins Diesels and can carry 28,000 gallons of fuel. She has two 84" propellers with 8" drive shafts. Keep the crew safe. This photo of Enterprise captured at sunset, Iowa was taken on NE 46th Street, Polk County, Iowa just a few hundred feet north of NE 94th Avenue. Enterprise is an unincorporated community just east of Ankeny with a few homes and a large farm co-op.

At 2 PM on Sunday afternoon the final boat in the convoy, the Canadian Enterprise rounded the bend at the end of Belle Isle, She was heading downstream to the Windsor Salt Mines terminal for another load of salt.
She was preceded by the Canadian Progress (on her way to Port Colborne) and the the ice breaker CCGS Samuel Risley.
