As the ending of the Nutcracker Ballet came, many were pleased by the dancers performance and Bravo was what the crowd could cheer.
Merry Christmas
Not many left so I thought I'd try and put my style together.
It's taken me a few months to learn the Mushroom process for the look I'm after. The lens, the distance, and the staging are all so important. One thing I've been attempting to avoid is Stacking, Hope you like it!
what a wonderful moment!
the shots cannot take the warm water, the still air, the peaceful place after the city traffic, neither can show the watch of the boxed people passing in their rails…
I could be sorry they are all so…still…and don’t enjoy nothing of what nature offers…
Like a beautiful sunset, prelude of a magic twilight…
don't you ever need a "pause button"?
Have a nice Day!
The rays of the setting sun through the gathered clouds. The ending of a 40 degree day was welcomed with a cool change. But fires still burned over parts of the state in the Little Desert area.
Happy Lunar New Year. In Vietnamese - húc mừng Năm Mới!
Rusting away at 70 years old, former Soo Line GP9s 123 and 124 now face the music of their next chapter. With both units up for sale, there's no telling where these venerable machines will wind up next, but for the time being, they sure look nice and at-home in front of their longtime Eagle Roller Mill Company backdrop.
Today marked the last day of the school year at Mischief Managed. I can’t even begin to explain how much of a blessing this place has been the past month. I joined MM with a year left in the school year but I still had the opportunity to meet so many amazing people. I have dreamed of joining MM for years now but my interest was restored a few months ago when coming across some of Saffron’s photos. However, it wasn’t until May when I felt down in the dumps over RP in SL did I decide to take control of my situation and apply to MM. I chose to use Iveron, my male avatar, for this RP as he has never had a RP of all his own. It’s always been Georgia. Here I have been allowed to truly create an independent person for Iveron and grow into fully enjoying playing a male avatar. Of course all of my avatars represent me, but Iveron is a more direct representation of me in not just the physical form. Through him I am now able to explore being an openly gay male and putting myself into social situations that I may not in RL. It is a truly liberating experience and I have MM to thank for putting me out there. Well, where do we go from here? Luckily MM is setting up Diagon Alley for some RP fun and many of us have summer plans set up with our friends from school. I have not felt so much love for a group of people and felt it reciprocated since the last big RP change in my life with 1920s Berlin in 2014 Berlin is now going on 4 years for me so who knows where MM will take me. Once again, thank you MM from the bottom of my heart for giving me an environment to express myself in as well as delivering so many amazing people into my life. Until next term!

A Peaceful Ending - To a beautiful day. This is a recent sunset photograph taken looking out on the Rehoboth Bay. You can see more at RandyRobertsPhotography.com
A family member has died, so I will be out of town and offline for a few days at least. Even when these things are expected, its very difficult when it actually happens.
Had such a great morning at the river that, as I was trekking back, I thought to myself - "Only an eagle could have made this morning any better" - and then this happened. A juvenile bald eagle perched in a tree no more than 7 yards away from me. It was the perfect ending to an amazing morning.
"Beautiful Endings:" Another spot I have photographed in the past, I noticed that this tree has now become dormant over the years. I find its skeletal limbs still beautiful, especially set against the backdrop of a colorful sunset sky framing Granite Mountain, all at the end of another day.
This photo is more than just a photo and a documentation of that great evening. It's a representation of how much I love sunsets and how much joy they always give me. No matter how bad of a day I've had, ending it with a sunset always makes it better.
I spent all night working on this picture. Photoshop is still a pain in the butt to me because I only learned how to use it like a month ago.
But I love this picture. This was one of the best evenings I've ever had. I was in the middle of a huge field, probably the quietest place in my entire city. I looked to the east and saw the clouds being lit up bright pink over the entire mountain range. I looked west and saw one of the prettiest sunsets of my life.
After a week full of rain and wind storms in Victoria, this day was a real treat before going back home.
Warm sun, warm colours. Perfect endings!

This lonely trail beneath my feet
surrounded by trees and a stunning creek
It twists and turns like a slithering snake
and away from its path there's a mirrored lake
On this trail, there is a hail, of dried up leaves
that fall endlessly from atop the trees
There are even footprints by a lonely damn
to where the edges of the path expand
For on this trail beneath my feet
thrive many memories In my heart, I will keep.
