“Ends are not bad things, they just mean that something else is about to begin. And there are many things that don't really end, anyway, they just begin again in a new way. Ends are not bad and many ends aren't really an ending; some things are never-ending.”
― C. JoyBell C.

Somewhere the first rays from the sun must start
Somewhere the darkness from the clouds must start
You often can't see the switch of light when you are in the middle of it
But the change is there
It doesn't necessarily mean that the sun has disappeared
There is a beginning and an ending to it all
When some things end we can say "Thank God for that"
And sometimes we really don't want the ending
A wise man once said:
The ending is a start of a new beginning
So be(e) it
In my positive point of view of this image I will say that the light is coming, it is a new beginning. The light is not disappearing.
Dark clouds are to be a part of an every day life, but they will never be a big part of my life
I will never let them be that, life is too valuable
Whatever the new beginning will be it is a start of something brand new

I need to remember this
So baby give me just one kiss
And let me take a long last look
Before we say goodbye
Well, now
If little by little you stop loving me
I shall stop loving you
Little by little
If suddenly you forget me
Do not look for me
For I shall already have forgotten you
If you think it long and mad the wind of banners that passes through my life
And you decide to leave me at the shore of the heart where I have roots
Remember
That on that day, at that hour, I shall lift my arms
And my roots will set off to seek another land

A fading rose is still beautiful.
Thank you to everyone who pauses long enough to look at my photo. All comments and Faves are very much appreciated
..."in my heart
your heart
these hearts
the heart and soul
of
the moon
the sun
the sky
the stars
the way they shine brightly
upon you
and capture
your face
in the light
that catches
my eyes
that makes me
cry
in joy
in love
in the beauty
that is
your heart
your soul
your love
my love
our love
never-ending"...
Will you tell me – See you soon in a while
When my eyes fade please give me your smile
And even dark nights are ending in dawn
You'll have time to cry when I'm gone
Devour me and fill my heart with courage
Give me wings and camouflage the scar
Rip out my lungs and kill my fever
Bring me back to the alluring grounds of love
I will disband – My heart in your hands

"I suppose in the end, the whole of life becomes an act of letting go, but what always hurts the most is not taking a moment to say goodbye."
Dewey Beach, DE
This was taken this evening. I had actually turned around and headed back home as I thought the sunset was going to fizzle out. Boy, was I wrong!
There is only one place in Victoria that I know of where you where can walk right into the canola fields and immerse yourself in the glorious and bright golden yellow flowers, and that is at the 'Cornella Canola Walk'. In conjunction with the Shiraz Republic Winery and Cornella Brewery just outside of Heathcote in country Victoria, a canola walk has established complete with a viewing platform and walking track through the flowering yellow crop. And this is where I went on the last day of winter.
Now in its third year, the 'Cornella Canola Walk' is a wonderfully immersive experience that is full of colour! It was a wonderful way to spend the last day of winter this year, surrounded by a seemingly endless sea of golden yellow flowers beneath the blue sky! It was like a never-ending vista of beauty!
