The village is known for the custom of painting huts. The custom of decorating rural rooms with floral paintings dates back to the end of the 19th century, when village women began to decorate the interiors of cottages with flowers made of tissue paper, cutouts and straw spiders hanging from the ceiling, and flowers painted on the walls. Paintings were also made on the external walls of buildings, wells and fences. There are currently about twenty painted houses in Zalipie

Wieś jest znana ze zwyczaju malowania chat. Zwyczaj ozdabiania wiejskich izb kwiecistymi malunkami wywodzi się z końca XIX wieku, kiedy to mieszkanki wsi zaczęły dekorować wnętrza chałup kwiatami wykonanymi z bibułki, wycinankami i pająkami ze słomy wiszącymi u powały oraz malowanymi na ścianach kwiatami. Malowidła wykonywano także na zewnętrznych ścianach budynków, studniach i płotach. W Zalipiu znajduje się obecnie około dwadzieścia malowanych domów

At the very end of twilight, gentle colors were still painting the sky at Cannon Beach in Oregon. In this photo, intentionally softened via horizontal camera motion, Ecola Creek provides a foreground reflection as it flows along the beach toward the Pacific Ocean.

...livrea scintillante per questa TRAXX DC3 di Bombardier con modulo "last mile", impegnata nel MRV 87195 Villadossola - Livorno Calambrone della Vinavil.
A causa interruzione da Pieve Vergonte a Borgomanero, il treno ha invertito la locomotiva a Domodossola , rientrando da Domo2 sulla Arona, utilizzando il modulo "last mile" nel tratto alimentato a corrente 15Kv.
Qui il treno al suo passaggio da Olevano di Lomellina (PV)
The tankwagons train for chemicals from Vinavil workshop , connecting Villadossola (on the Domodossola-Borgomanero-Novara line) to Livorno Calamrone, here caught while passing Olevano; during the breakout of the railway via Borgomaner was diverted up to Domodossola, where it inverted direction to descend to Arona and Novara. In Domodossola, border station with the SBB network, the locomotive to move from the head to the end of the train had to sunt in the 15 kV part of the station yard. In this case, according to some information, the diesel Last-Mile module was used, so operating the shunting autonomously to get beck to the 3 kV feeding on the Italian side.
