That's what I want to show you now as I am sorting and documenting my artistic work.

There are paintings around 1977 - a bit more courageous and emotional than I was then. I'm really amazed today about these results.

Planned were larger paintings that were yet to come.

The first image of a small photo series.

I've been recently inspired by some incredible long exposure black and white photography. The mood and emotions such images create, the lines and contrast they highlight are works of art in many cases.

This is my initial attempt to create such images.

a bit blurry pic, it was his last day in nyc now back in uk, bit emotional but all is in his hukam. a chardeekala singh ji =o)

Different theme; different emotional.

Thank you for warm welcome, I always appreciate:)

Emotional emptiness

When taking her picture, a pose isn't decided, and it's free-spirited.

I'm always born from communication of conversation with me.

This day is in some hearts in the same communication.

It's very emotional whether there was something which can be shaken hard, the state

The heart a sharp look in the moment changes an expression to and by which it's

I resonated intensely hard.

That's like the player who plays rhapsody at all!

Being in a rocky place in life can be quite the pain. It can cause physical drain and lead to a severe emotional strain. It is something from which I strive desperately to refrain. The victory my friends, I am determined to gain!

This image was taken at Heybrook Bay in Devon, UK.

As you can see the sea was rough and with a strong gusty wind created a very beautiful image from this dangerous viewpoint.

I used a Canon 5D Mark II and a Canon 17-35mm F2.8L lens and a Lee 3 stop hard ND grad and an inverted reversed 2 stop hard ND grad. Processed in photoshop CS5.

You never get the same shot twice and with the ever changing seascapes, Heybrook Bay is the location of choice for me.

Being up to your ankles in a strong moving sea literally keeps you on your toes!!

This shot was taken when I visited Kyoto this year...I feel emotional when I look at the shot because it seems to tell me 4 seniors are heading for their destiny...you see the someone is waiting for them? Their steps look a bit heavy to me...

Self Portrait shot by my dear friend: Mazyoona Abdulla

Edited By: Lateefa

Artistic Direction: Collaboration between Mazyoona Abdulla and Lateefa

This is an out-take from a photo shoot I was doing with Mazyoona for a

book she produced as part of her graduate exhibition. It was an honor to

be one of the models and to have a part in the production of her book.

The painting in the background was painted by me as a cathartic release

after I lost a family member. Its is covered in overlayed repetitive writing.

from when I was a little girl, I have always loved red ribbon.

Often it is easier to pin down why you do not like something. I was wondering why this photo was so appealing to me. Started to analyse… so, the red ribbon, and then, the little bauble separated itself from the rest as all fell on the black velvet, I SAW it! THE photo!!!

LOVE, this month people will gather and give. I have a feeling that December can be an ‘emotional’ month, where we ponder over the past year…

So now I know why I like it.

Happiness all around!

I wish you a day full of peace and goodness, thanx, M, (*_*)
