Back home with the head full of impressions.
Waves are so wonderful. If I had the sea near by my side it would be another passion from me to photograph waves in all their beauty. They are so emotional as humans, so merciless, wild, but also gentle, smooth and sweet. What a passion and luck to live at the sea!

Candid wedding shoot and with an emotional farewell from the bride to her mother. I think I may also add a BW version and compare both. I do feel as the bride is weeping on her mother shoulders, her yellow saree needs to be a bit more detailed.

The speaker in this image is a young man from Belarus, he was trying to say he supported the Ukrainians in the conflict with Russia back in Ukraine; he just couldn’t get the words out and actually broke down in tears. Take a look at his eyes. It really was emotional to see.

A thought of the cursed people who can no longer cry, these people who are in front of us, but who, deep in their eyes, have already left.
My plan was to shoot through a bunch of flowers to have blur in the forground and background. I was using my monopod, first time in years. Without it I would never have been able to line up the lighting and shade on this flower. The shadowing on the flower is cause by shading from out of focus flowers beyond this flower. Mid-afternoons for these flowers with the sun is just awesome.
