Dylan is a singer songwriter married to a Syrian. He came to southern Turkey with Zeitouna to teach music, bringing his guitar and various other instruments. He brought 300 harmonicas to give out to the children too but these were confiscated by Turkish customs who were afraid he was going to sell them and give the money to Syrian terrorists or something along those lines (they let him keep about 20 of the harmonicas). Dylan speaks some Arabic but he really didn't need to because music defies language and that was clear immediately in the few spare moments I had to hang out at the edge of his classes and watch the kids sing and strum his guitar.

This is probably the only Suze Rotolo minifig in the world.
This is photoshopped together - I didn't care for my original lego version.

In 1966 Bob Dylan went electric. He toured Europe, playing a half-acoustic, half-electric set. This poster highlights the distinction between the two performances, using two Bob Dylan titles which are only fully legible when folded and viewed from a different angle.

Bob Dylan, ‘Dylan EP’, 1964. Bob had filtered into the mainstream and this EP collected ‘Blowin’ in The Wind’, ‘Don’t Think Twice, It’s Alright’ and other early ‘hits’. Bob had already moved on, but the record company saw the opportunity to spread the word (and make some money).
Love the cover. Early psychedelia, before that was really a thing, Bob almost smiling, and just one word, ‘Dylan’.
