Estando cerca de los 40 grados, nos fuimos a esperar a la LAV a ver si teníamos suerte y aparecía el Duplex haciendo un Madrid-Alicante.
La suerte estaba de nuestro lado y apareció además con la motriz duplex en el sentido de la marcha, dando por buena la ración de sol que pillamos al son de las chicharras.

"Macro Mondays".. "Chain". This chain & sprocket are unused and date back to the 1960s. I had to open two BMC "British Motor Corporation" parts packets to photograph these items. The oily appearance is the original anti-corrosion preservative.
What must have been a modest little duplex in its day, now seems to be an abandoned. I like the long-boarded up dormers on the right side and the eave and downspout. A broken shovel in front suggests that someone might have cared about snow in the winter.
