This is a July 1972 Peugeot 304 convertible, it had a 1288cc engine and according to DVLA is red. The car had its last tax liability in October 1986 therefore I suspect it has had a date with Madame Guillotine.
Peter photographed it in Station Road Kings Norton.

Besides being pretty, this water drop is refracting an orange flower behind it, reflecting leaves from the garden in front of it, and magnifying the plant it is sitting on. Got to love the physics of a simple drop of water.

..... this is the last of the lot..... i know this photo's a bit dark..... apologies for that...i let water drop on a dark glass sheet, in hopes of getting better reflection..... it just didn't feel okay to put so many sequences of a water drop in motion to put into one single photo..... but anyway.... I GOTTA DO WHAT I GOTTA DO!!!!! i hope its tolerable!!! ENJOY!! :|
A simple water drop, but a world of its own. Move around the drop, trying to get contrast and a circle shape, using the droplet refections. (Photo taken on the outdoor). My Macro/Micro World
Spanish/ Español: Una gota de agua sobre la hierba silvestre después de la lluvia. Me moví a ambos lados buscando crear contraste para resaltar la gota.

Liquid photography is one of the things I always love to do. It takes a great deal of patience but when you're aiming for some stunning results it's definitely worth a shot. Few weeks ago I've came across to an article at 500pix by this amazing liquid drop photographer Corrie White you can find her work at facebook "Liquid Drop Art" she has taken liquid photography to the next level.
I've did this shot with two flashed facing the background, added yellow gel sheets to get those yellow tones. one thing I've learned pretty quickly the duration of interval between two drops is so important to understand. If you are doing it with a setup where drops are falling bit too fast that will leave those weird waves and that would look not so cool. I'll be uploading more some shots soon and will share my further learning.

Money makes money,
makes the world go around,
Root of all evil,
You treasure that sound,
when the coins drop.
drop, drop.
My camera club held an event yesterday where people brought in objects to photograph, lights, black lights, light boxes, water drop machines, etc. with the idea that we would have a day of fun and play. And fun it was!
A drop of water, a scratched CD and a nice low sun.
Taken on my balcony the other evening / late afternoon. With the low sun, the spectrum from the CD can really be seen and almost dances inside the drop.
Worth giving a try if you happen to have absolutely nothing better to do on a low sun evening.
