In a recent visit to Colorado I got up at first light to go outside the cabin we were staying in to explore, I noticed this dropped Elk antler in the grass and thought it was very pretty with the early morning sunlight shining through.

Reached #8 for its day. Who knows why? I have other photos with ten times the number of comments and favs in the same number of groups, etc. etc. etc. It is a mystery. I mean, I like this photo too, but who knows how Explore works any more?

Haven't seen a single bird at our "Dew Drop Inn" birdhouse ! Maybe they don't like the bright colors?
I've been digging in the archives for images to post since I haven't been able to get out for any new shooting due to the broken ankle; clomping around in a heavy AIRCAST is much better than crutches, but not conducive to any photo trips.
