This is an image of me driving down the road, Kinda a odd image that represents a moment in time that is often quickly forgotten. The Spatial relationships of being in the car adds to the feeling of the image and has a some what complex composition due to the steering wheel being in the shot. The Shutter speed was fast so that it could capture a clear image. I think this image was successful in capturing what i was going for.

It's amateur hour tonight, with millions of people drinking and driving, so be extra-careful. Assume everyone else will do the most dangerous thing possible at all times.

It's not icy here in Seattle (as it was a week ago when this photo was taken), but we're planning to be off the road by 6:00pm or so anyway, for a quiet New Year's celebration at home. We must be getting old.

We went driving up to Wievenhoe Dam with Geoff, Rohan, Alisa, Tim, Sarah, Stephen and Elsie. It was a nice day, although we were worried it was going to piss down with rain. Not a bad thing at the dam though!

Today I woke up early[ish] and picked up Lulu and Kate to drive to ISU and visit my cousin.

As you can see my shoulder is peeling [thanks warped tour] and it's raining.

ISU was fun =],
