Ink and Watercolors on Paper

11x14"

Decided to draw a young Barbra Streisand today. This is my first time drawing her.

Sketching in my journal this morning.

Just a draw i made a few months ago and just finished to an expo.

Construction near the ring road in Minsk.

One of my favorite distractions, “Squirrel!” I found a brush in the Sketch Club app that sort of does hair.

So, I just showed this to my daughter. I told her it is the fairy queen. She smiled a really big smile! Then I asked her if she would like a crown and a dress like this one (I think I could actually make both). She insists she wants the Belle (Disney Princess) dress from Toys R Us. Oh, kid.

This is certainly not the first time I tried to draw this dog, but by repeating the attempt, I'm getting closer and closer to my reference. After that, I want to go beyond the reference, transcend it, so to speak.

Keep drawing, especially if it's Drawing Day.
