The weather has been such that I didn't want to spend much time outside so have been playing on the computer.. The dog is a picture that I took on one of my visits to Arbor Roses and I used it as a basis to make this composite of an artist doing a pencil sketch of the dog and his handler...

My Top Gun Tomcat is one of the largest projects I have undertaken in the last few years and it involved a lot of planning. I used three-view drawings for the dimensions and spent a lot of work planning the cross-sections of the forward fuselage on paper. I remember that I made more drawings in the process than shown here, for the overall shape from above, but have probably thrown them in the recycling :-(
Because it's hard to photograph this card, I scanned it, you still can't see the true colour, but at least you can see the pattern. It's a lot of Phicops, hey, I remembered the name of a pattern, I usually don't care for official names...
