Heidelberg, Germany. This American tourist, about 70 years old, was much more interesting to draw from behind than from the front.
When traveling I drew in a small sketchbook, approx. 4 ¾ X 5 ¾ inches, 10.5 X 14.8 cm.
Life drawing at All the Young Nudes again this evening. I quite liked the way these three poses complimented each other in the drawing, with two minute long bits, and then a more detailed ten minute one making a sort of triangle of chins.
Colouring time for anyone with time on their hands! This time a monkey, as requested by my niece's 3 year old son, Ethan!
Did anyone see the International Space Station last night? Around 10:15pm JJ and I watched it go from west to east and although it was just a dot, it was quite thrilling to see! We didn't see Crew Dragon though, but maybe it's because we went indoors too soon after!

On December 21st during the daylight hours Jupiter and Saturn passed each other in the sky. I will never see the two planets closer to each other than I did just after sunset on the 21st. The quality of the sky was not as good as it was 24 hours ago (See: www.flickr.com/photos/dragonflyhunter/50743411231/in/date...), so I was only able to get the moon Titan in the Saturn System (to the upper right of the planet) and the four moons of Jupiter, Europe to the right and Ganymede, Io and Callisto to the left.
The 7.4 magnitude star that was between Ganymede and Callisto, in my drawing yesterday, was out of my field-of-view in the 4:00 o’clock position (not shown). Of course, it was the two planets that had moved and not the background star.

A few more goes at landscape photography. not sure if im getting anywhere but its enjoyable. These are a few pics taken in the Yorkshire Dales. i stayed in Skipton for a couple of days and god did my feet hurt by the end of the second day. such incredible beauty which i have just scratched the surface of. I think this may become a regular trip.
One of my early experiments with drawing with pins. I might try making some more of these with some colour over the pinholes to highlight them a bit.
