this guy was using a technique i did'nt knew before... he told someone to hold still and then he stared in his face and began drawing. after a while blind scribbling he looked what he did and added some shadows and corrections. the result was pretty stunning... i could'nt resist to model for him too :)

ella, ella siempre es la misma, diferencia aparente, por debajo el mismo principio, detrás una hola de soledad.
un abismo frÃo, con matices de sencillez, realidad de hiena, aliento a fresas y sabor a azufre, honorable sentir con su presencia… presencia pausada como intermediario de dos mundos… pero definido en uno, siempre es asà tan tangible fÃsica y textual, inalcanzable como una estrella que va dejando su aroma cual fuera polvo cósmico.
sensible como las cuerdas de un arpa, su canto puede ser irreverente, irreverencia que despierta su encanto, motor de mi vida, anhelo de mi ego.

Dawn draws near as the sun begins to shine on the vibrant trees along the banks of the Cooper River in Camden at dawn.
Here I was excited about creating a club in which artist get together and drink coffee and draw. I thought I would take this club as far as i could and give it a logo and a concept for a website. Not so sure on the completeness of it yet, but like the start.
EDM #29 - Draw something architectural...I wanted to impose the footprint of my house on a gridded background as you would see in a geographic map... and relate that to the water to the west and woods to the east....I wanted to combine the looseness of a sketch with the rigidity of a grid within the parameters of a sketchbook. I learned a lot from doing this, but it isn't quite what I saw in my head. I somehow lost the 'looseness'...'something architectural'....
