This event was a part of the BC Joints in Motion Training Program for Laurie Dawson & Jordan Hemsley in order to help them raise money for The Arthritis Society. It was held on May 12th 2010.
We had large sheets of paper which everyone drew on together. These works were later sold with the money going to "The Arthritis Society" charity.
The theme was "Meat Legs" which was directly inspired by a creation of our veteran DJ Noble and from suggestions from our members. It also aligned well with running which refers to Laurie & Jordan's 42km marathon run in Athens, Greece!
Inspired by Antonio Canova's sculpture (Eros and Psyche) and E.E Cummings' poem.
'For life is not a paragraph, and death I think is no parenthesis.'

A 'draw' is what our family calls natural runoff of water on hills. This photo was taken in Walla Walla County late Winter 2018. Thanks for giving a look.
I must be a virtual, online, desktop, computerizin' e-hoarder. Saved my favorite drawings from "Draw Something" which I played for about two months a few years ago before getting tired of it and moving onto something else. Time to finally get them off my computer, but I can't just trash them. Here they are for posterity.
